We enjoyed our stay. Staff, location, and amenities were great. The decor of the hotel room was a little tired.

clos to blossum for concert other than that wish I would of booked Home 2 Home next door

close to blossum and front desk clerk very nice

Cons:

pool out order, elevator being worked on, 4 th floor hallways were very hot, inroom coffee not filled, coffee for sale downstairs was 9 bucks - way too expensive!

Poor preparation for events ..
Pros:

room was comfortable and clean..front counter staff were very friendly. but being that we booked 3 king rooms and they were having issue getting those clean, someone should have ask us if a double queen would be ok so we didn't have to wait 2 1/2 hours for our rooms ..

Cons:

need more cleaning staff ..waited 2 1/2 hours for a room to be cleaned that I booked in March ..
