The booking was to include breakfast. No continental breakfast was offered at this hotel. We had to order from the bistro bar, we got coffee, water, one breakfast burrito, and one french toast and were charged an additional 20 dollars on top of the high room rate. The hotel was old. The ac didn’t work very well. Very disappointing experience.
You get what you pay for it was a 3 star property… nothing more nothing less
They had an issue with the water. A pipe broke and they didn’t care one bit that we couldn’t get a shower or the situation was going to be taken care of

Charging another 310.00 to my bill the next day I contacted the manager and she still has not contacted me back they shouldn't have charged me more for my stay on top of what I paid already
Cheryl was at the desk when my brother and I checked in after driving 500 miles. We were tired. She was absolutely the perfect best person with a friendly greeting, professional, efficient yet informal and at ease. She listens to us and is thoughtful and helpful. The next morning the staff serving breakfast were wonderful as well. Your staff is your BEST feature

After having stayed at the Fairfield 2 visits in October, where the experience was ok, we decided to try the Courtyard. Our experience during our stay 10/18-20, was beyond SUPER! The Courtyard staff went above and beyond, they were WONDERFUL!!! The hotel needs a lot of updating, but the staff is SO friendly, personable and engaging it gave us pause to overlook the 20 year old yuck. So, on our next trip 11/1-2 we booked the Courtyard again - but it was less than pleasurable. There was an outside event being held in a ballroom off the lobby, kids were wandering and yelling, bringing food/drinks and leaving them all over the lobby. Not a single adult cared that we were guests sitting in the lobby trying to have a drink. The staff were doing the best they could to keep up with the demands and lack of caring these folks were putting before them. Hence, our relaxing evening having a drink, chatting with Heather the bar tender, was cut short as we were run off by the noise and it was going to well over 30 minutes before we could have gotten another drink. We spoke to the night staff, Eddie, as well as Heather and then in the morning Kim who were embarrassed and apologetic for the bad experience, as they all know my husband is a Marriott Platinum Members. We were assured we would hear from Alisha on Monday ... since no call, on Tuesday I called and left a VM message with no call back. Today I called and spoke to Kim, left my number again and now 5+ hours later I've yet to get a call. I've taken to "google" and found reviews here that seem to get attention/answered. Maybe by posting this review, we'll finally get a phone call and resolution to the horrible stay that we had 11/1-2 - we just want a phone call!
