Pros:

We were in San Antonio for my son BMT Air Force graduation and the location was great, close to the airport and the base. The hotel is right by the river and all the restaurants around. Absolutely stunning and everyone was very attentive and helpful at all times. Very clean and spacious rooms.

Good place in riverwalk. Lots of space. Attentive staff.
Pros:

Location, great rest and bar. Nice cold air cond.

Cons:

Expensive parking. Pool area lacked towels and supervision. Kids running and jumping around.

Nice location, friendly and would stay again
Pros:

Great location, valet parking is good, pool nice but quite small and gets busy

Cons:

An item went missing from our room. The hotel said they would be in touch the next day but haven’t heard back yet.

We loved our stay there were just a few minor issues that kept it from being a 10/10.
Pros:

Very polite staff, meal vouchers, excellent food, location to the river walk, spacious room.

Cons:

The room has the opportunity for a great view however it was clouded by windows that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The glass should be cleaned regularly when the room boasts a great view.

The shower took a long time to get hot in the morning which was somewhat strange. Also the bathtub and shower area in general looked like something we would see in a run down hotel so that was somewhat strange to see.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and spacious

Cons:

The only problem was our door card reader. We had to go down to the lobby to get our cards reprogrammed every day. 2nd Maintenance man on our last night out of 3 finally figured out it was the door reader that needed reprogramming and told us he would talk to management on compensation for the inconvenience of having to repeatedly go to front desk to reprogramming our key cards, but never heard anything about it and left early the next day 5:30am.
