Pros:

J'ai aimé les jardins, l'appartement et la gentillesse du personnel. Les personnels sont très professionnels. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter Marrakech. Je reviendrai c'est certain.

Cons:

Le matin, on avait pas de pression d'eau pour se doucher. Le petit déjeuner à améliorer et proposer un buffet.

Pros:

Un cadre magnifique, personnel très gentil, attentif et discret.
Un havre de paix qui permet de couper avec l'effervescence de la ville.
Une suite fabuleuse, possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse devant la chambre.

Nous avons malheureusement vécu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Notre séjour devait durer plus longtemps, mais nous avons été contraints de quitter l’établissement 3 jours avant la date prévue, en raison de ce qui s’est passé sur place.

Nous avons ensuite demandé le remboursement des nuits que nous n’avons pas consommées, mais l’hôtel refuse de nous rembourser. On nous a également demandé de payer la taxe de séjour alors même que nous avions quitté l’établissement avant la fin de notre réservation.

Le comportement de certaines personnes présentes dans l’hôtel a également rendu notre séjour extrêmement inconfortable. Nous avons notamment été témoins d’avances répétées faites à des hommes, parfois devant leurs propres épouses, ce qui a créé une situation très malsaine et nous a finalement poussés à partir.

Des vacances qui devaient être un moment de détente se sont malheureusement transformées en cauchemar

Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait. Le palais est parfait pour se reposer la suite était très bien la deco n’est pas moderne mais elle est typique marocaine. La propreté était parfaite rien à reprocher. Le petit déjeuner très bon servie en terrasse. La piscine incroyable et est souvent vide ce qui est d’autant plus relaxant

A perfect hotel in wonderful Marrakech
Pros:

Never stayed anywhere so perfectly peaceful, set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful pool the property really does feel like a palace. The suite was of good quality with a comfy bed, terrace and well appointed furnishings. There are some negative reviews of this hotel which I really think are unfair! If you are after unlimited drinks, waiters available immediately and a more European experience probably not for you but this hotel offers far more - typical Moroccan vibes with luxury, peace to be left alone but also staff on hand when needed.

Cons:

The hotel is a little way out of the medina so if you want to visit you need a taxi, this was not a problem for us as we have visited Marrakech many times and we were just looking for total peace and quiet. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Serenity: The perfect place to switch off and relax.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where tranquility and comfort are clearly a priority. The beautifully maintained garden provides a calming backdrop to the entire property. The team was attentive and discreet, Every single person was warm and professional and I must give a special mention to Sophia for her outstanding hospitality and kindness. A truly lovely experience.
