Parfait
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait. Le palais est parfait pour se reposer la suite était très bien la deco n’est pas moderne mais elle est typique marocaine. La propreté était parfaite rien à reprocher. Le petit déjeuner très bon servie en terrasse. La piscine incroyable et est souvent vide ce qui est d’autant plus relaxant

A perfect hotel in wonderful Marrakech
Pros:

Never stayed anywhere so perfectly peaceful, set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful pool the property really does feel like a palace. The suite was of good quality with a comfy bed, terrace and well appointed furnishings. There are some negative reviews of this hotel which I really think are unfair! If you are after unlimited drinks, waiters available immediately and a more European experience probably not for you but this hotel offers far more - typical Moroccan vibes with luxury, peace to be left alone but also staff on hand when needed.

Cons:

The hotel is a little way out of the medina so if you want to visit you need a taxi, this was not a problem for us as we have visited Marrakech many times and we were just looking for total peace and quiet. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Serenity: The perfect place to switch off and relax.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where tranquility and comfort are clearly a priority. The beautifully maintained garden provides a calming backdrop to the entire property. The team was attentive and discreet, Every single person was warm and professional and I must give a special mention to Sophia for her outstanding hospitality and kindness. A truly lovely experience.

Great value, very clean and comfortable, lovely bedrooms and the gardens and pool are lovely.
Pros:

Great overall experience and would stay again. Love the hotel / bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice and loved the dogs roaming the grounds - so cute!

Cons:

Understaffed, took a long time to get drinks / food when ordering around by the pool or at breakfast. They tried their best but too few of them.

Pros:

Endroit paradisiaque et personnel aux petits soins
Très familial
Très peu de suites donc hôtel calme où l’on peut se reposer et profiter sereinement de la piscine
Restauration excellente
Literie parfaite

Cons:

Service légèrement un peu long mais il faisait très chaud donc on peut le comprendre

Sehr schönes Hotel zum Relaxen am Pool in traumhaftem Garten
Pros:

Das Frühstück wird serviert (kein Buffet), was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Poolbereich ist toll - mit wirklich dezenter Hintergrundmusik am Nachmittag. Bei Fragen zur Organisation von Taxi, Restaurantbesuchen oder Reservierung von Golf Teetimes war das Personal äusserst hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum von Marrakech ist mit dem Taxi in 15 - 20 Minuten gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Essen ist eher teuer und die Bedienung ist langsam.
