Le jour de notre depart, une dame nous demande de regler les taxes de sejour en especes uniquement... et un supplement correspondant a 2 ptites bouteilles a notre arrivée qui n'etais pourtant pas ds le mini bar.
Apparement, elles etaient payantes alors qu'on ne nous a rien dit.
Normalement dans tous les hotels de ce prix, on a bien le droit a des ptites bouteilles offertes tous les jours... j'espere avoir un remboursement

Lugar muy recomendable para desconectar de la rutina y cargar pilas.
Pros:

El Personal es excelente!!! Te ayudan a todo y hacen que sea una experiencia fantástica. El palmito es idílico y una joya por dentro. Sus jardines te invitan a relajarte.

Cons:

La habitación algo antigua, y con humedades El baño necesita una actualización integral por lo menos nuestra habitación.

Séjour express mais cool
Pros:

Nous avions un pavillon, Soraya, très spacieux pour deux personnes. Les jardins sont beaux, super bien entretenu. Bien situé dans la Palmerai (prévoir attente si vous voulez un taxi ou chauffeur via le Palais). Dîner intime dans petite alcôve, excellent repas, notre serveur était aux petits soins sans en faire trop! Petit dej top aussi.

Cons:

Globalement tout était top pour une nuit, si on regarde de près oui il y a deux trois choses à Cleaner en terme de rafraîchissement mais le Palais Mehdi est chouette pour un court séjour.

Magical and romantic stay.
Pros:

This an amazing hotel which the holiday equally amazing. The architecture of the hotel and the grounds were captivating . The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious decorated artfully and so comfortable . the food was great and the location was a great base to explore . We fell in love with this country it was an amazing holiday. The pool was lovely - a little cold but not busy. The hotel has pets and they added an extra pleasure to the stay.

Cons:

That we had only stayed a week - I wish we had booked a longer stay. We had no complaints about anything , It's a super place .

In een ander land zijn de standaards anders dan in NL.
HEEL LOGISCH en acceptabele.
Hadden de pech dat er veel regen was gevallen en daardoor veel lekkage hadden.
Andere kamer was ook een probleem.
Zijn eerder vertrokken echter hebben de kosten totaal vergoed gekregen.
