Sehr schönes Hotel zum Relaxen am Pool in traumhaftem Garten
Pros:

Das Frühstück wird serviert (kein Buffet), was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Poolbereich ist toll - mit wirklich dezenter Hintergrundmusik am Nachmittag. Bei Fragen zur Organisation von Taxi, Restaurantbesuchen oder Reservierung von Golf Teetimes war das Personal äusserst hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum von Marrakech ist mit dem Taxi in 15 - 20 Minuten gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Essen ist eher teuer und die Bedienung ist langsam.

Refined relaxation in the sun!
Pros:

This was a perfect venue for a ‘chilled’ holiday! It’s a little out of the way, 15 mins drive into Marrakesh, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean, the pool is well maintained and a picturesque place to spend every day. The staff a friendly and well trained. The food is very good too. Side note - the man who put out our towels was exceptional - he was friendly, kind and very good at his job! He deserved a raise!

Cons:

The only potential issue is if you wanted a city break - it’s a bit off the beaten track!

Un service irréprochable et une expérience haut de gamme

Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et toujours à l’écoute du moindre besoin, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, proposé sous forme de buffet ou servi à table, avec une qualité digne d’un établissement haut de gamme. La piscine est entretenue quotidiennement, et les serviettes sont mises à disposition spontanément, sans même avoir à les demander. Une expérience soignée dans les moindres détails.

Il palazzo di Sherazade...
Pros:

Palais Mehdi è un luogo da sogno. Un albergo lussuoso e moderno ma nello stesso tempo fuori dal mondo. Le camere sono davvero spaziose, dotate di confortevoli divani e/o poltrone. Gli arredi sono moderni seppur tradizionali, bagno e armadi superano, in grandezza, la stessa camera...
La parte centrale dell'hotel è maestosa ed elegante, e la percezione è davvero quella di essere in uno dei palazzi delle Mille e Una Notte..
La piscina, il parco, i lettini sono un invito al dolce riposo, pulizia e cortesia del personale sono davvero encomiabili...

Cons:

Anticiperei gli orari della colazione. Spesso gli ospiti hanno dei tour già la mattina presto, e la colazione dalle otto forse sarebbe un po' da rivedere....
