On adore Florence et l’accueil des florentins dans les restos
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner etait top, varié et frais c’est rare.

Le personnel est aux petits soins.

Le spa est propre.

Cons:

On peut se retrouver jusqu’à 6 personnes dans le spa, pas assez intime

Weekend a Firenze
Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, la stanza pulita e comoda, anche se un po’ piccola. Il letto era comodo.

Cons:

Non ho apprezzato particolarmente i prodotti della colazione. Nella spa il bagno turco era inizialmente non attivo, nella sauna non era presente l’acqua. Su nostra richiesta il bagno turco è stato poi acceso ma ci ha messo un po’ a riscaldarsi. Nel complesso la zona spa non mi ha soddisfatto.
