Pros:

Room was very clean and spacious . The staff was outstanding, friendly and very resourceful and helpful. Breakfast was good 👍 😋 location perfect for us we will definitely be coming back thank you Charles Guarino.

Great hotel for a short visit to Florence
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was good, only a short walk to centre of Florence.
Easy location to reach from the airport, we chose to use public transport as we were travelling on foot. The Tram from airport was very straight forward. the bus stops maybe 50 meters from the Hotel.

Cons:

We didn't thin to ask for a river view so our room was onto the internal courtyard which is not the most picturesque view and because our flight was delayed we didn't ask if it was possible to change the room, given the excellent customer service I suspect the staff would have trie dtheir best to accommodate such a request.

Die Lage und ganz besonders das freundliche Petsonal des Hotels.

Cons:

Der Fußboden war seit Bezug des Zimmer sehr dreckig (klebrige gelbe Flecken), wurde kein einziges Mal gewischt. Saunaangebot war nicht im Preis inbegriffen und die Zusatzkosten waren viel zu hoch - Für 90 min. 30 Euro pro Person.
