Hotel molto confortevole sia come posizione sia come struttura. Personale molto gentile e mai eccessivo o invadente.
Colazione varia e con prodotti freschi e di qualità.
Camera moderna e pulita.
La metratura della camera (tripla superiore) è risultata un po’ piccola per tre adulti. Aggiungerei dei ganci per appendere le giacche e farei in modo che la tenda aderisca al vetro per evitare che entri la luce.
Manca un po’ di insonorizzazione.

The rooms were very small. And the spa facility was not open during the day time only after 3pm
Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel River a Firenze e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente impeccabile.
Abbiamo prenotato una suite per 2 adulti e 2 bambini e siamo rimasti davvero colpiti: spaziosa, elegante e soprattutto pulitissima, perfettamente all’altezza di una vera suite. Ogni dettaglio era curato con attenzione, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e rilassante per tutta la famiglia.
L’accoglienza è stata calorosa fin dal primo momento e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre super cordiale, disponibile e professionale, facendoci sentire come a casa.
Posizione ottima, atmosfera tranquilla e servizio eccellente: torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia vivere Firenze con il massimo comfort!
We had high hopes for our stay at LHP Hotel River & SPA but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations.
The hotel feels very tired, our first room had several issues — mould on the AC unit, hair on the bedding, old worn towels, a window directly facing someone’s balcony with no way to cover it (overlooking the toilet and shower), and AC that didn’t work — all surprisingly noisy for the middle of the afternoon.
When we asked to move or get a refund, we were flatly told no rooms were available. It took escalating to management before we were suddenly moved — into a room that apparently hadn’t existed moments before.
The second room was better, but the AC still didn’t work. We were told the hotel doesn’t switch from heating to cooling until mid-April, which should be communicated at booking.
To their credit, they did offer two complimentary massages as a gesture. At £550 including city tax, you’d expect far better. The cleanliness issues, the initial refusal to help, and the overall feel of the place left a lot to be desired. This didn’t feel like a 5 star experience.

Colazione straordinaria, difficile trovare di meglio in giro
Lo spazio della struttura non è grande ma è ottimizzato al meglio. La posizione è molto buona, c’è il parcheggio davanti e il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, infine il Lungarno da respiro alla struttura.
Avevo chiesto una camera doppia con due letti e ho trovato un letto matrimoniale, nonostante mi fosse stato confermato che avrei avuto i due letti separati. Ma questo non rovina la mia soddisfazione generale sulla struttura.
