Pros:

Staff were friendly and polite.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the rooms facing the river don't work well. The hotel was responsive and changed our room to a back facing room that have a separate a/c system that worked fine.

Bello, ma troppe stelle rispetto alla qualità offerta

Lo staff è stato molto cordiale, soprattutto alla colazione

Cons:

Per quanto sia centrale, è molto scomodo da raggiungere perché dista più di 1 km dalle attrazioni principali. La qualità generale dell’hotel è più da un tre o quattro stelle, ma non sicuramente 5. Stanze piccole e non a livello di un cinque stelle. stessa cosa per i servizi.

Im Zimmer fehlten mehr Schrankmöglichkeiten zur Unterbringung der Kleidung, Nachttisch, Bügel.

Un hotel à la hauteur et l'Image du prestige de la Cité, vraiment très trés bien!
Pros:

tout était parfait
L'accès en voiture facile.
la prise en gardiennage de la voiture impeccable.
La proximité du centre Historique ( nous sommes des personnes de 80ans).
Les abords de l'hotel avec le long de LArno, le panorama sur la colline de San Miniato et Piazzale Michelangelo.
les Personnes du petit déjeuné formidables!

La habitación preciosa y cómoda pero sobre todo la amabilidad y la atención de Mile, es una persona increíble y una gran profesional. Gracias Mile, por el gran trato que nos ofreciste.

Pros:

Great location with short walk to everything. Polite and welcoming staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Mil was really helpful and she took care of everything.

Cons:

The air-conditioning was not up to the mark but the European heat wave was also not helping.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und bequeme Betten.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Spa war klein aber OK.

Cons:

Der Parkservice war schlecht und teuer. An unserem Auto war an den Einstellungen vom Display herum gespielt worden und es brauchte 1 Stunde um das Auto zu bringen obwohl das parking nur 500m entfernt war.
Das Zimmer war nur dürftig gereinigt, im Bett waren Krümel...
Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig.
