Es hat alles für uns gepasst.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Stadtrandlage war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt.

Cons:

gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Lage nicht citynah, allerdings S-Bahn/Bus direkt vor Hotel

Das Personal (egal ob Rezeption , Frühstück oder Abendessen im Restaurant) war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Note: Sehr, sehr gut !

Cons:

Innen war alles sauber (außer, dass an einem Tag beim Frühstück noch Essensreste vom Vorabendessen unter dem Tisch lagen ...)
Das Äußere des Hotels (Balkone, Fassade) könnte mal wieder eine Frischkur vertragen könnten.
Vor allem die Tiefgarage bedarf einer Sanierung und Säuberung: große Pfützen, Dreck, keine ausreichende Notbeleuchtung, wenn die zeitgesteuerte Beleuchtung auf dem Weg zum Auto ausgeht, mangelhafte Beschilderung

Die Lage war sehr gut

Cons:

Zimmer und Badezimmer seeehr dreckig. Kühlschrank defekt, Gardine kaputt und Betten sehr hart. Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben unangenehm gerochen.

Nice big room with balcony. Underground parking, but it was expensive. Good restaurant. Tram stop outside hotel for easy access to Potsdam centre and a small shopping mall across the street.

Sagen wir mal so, es war zweckmäßig, mehr nicht.

Cons:

Zunächst hatte ich angegeben dass wir ab 13 Uhr im Hotel sind, die Zimmer waren dennoch trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung des Hotels bei Ankunft noch nicht fertig, sondern erst ab 14 Uhr.
Auf den Zimmern gab es weder einen Wasserkocher für Tee oder löslichen Kaffee, noch Gläser oder löslichen Kaffee. Der Kühlschrank war leer, in vielen Hotels hat man heutzutage ein Flasche Wasser gratis.
Das Frühstück ging so,....keine frischen Brötchen, sondern aufgebackene.... Der Kaffee in der Thermoskanne war kein Kaffee, so das man nur durch andere Gäste mitgeteilt bekam, dass man sich Automatenkaffee bestellen kann. Diese Info kam leider nicht von dem Personal. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz vorm Hotel wie angegeben war nicht zu bekommen, leider alles voll.....
