Really nice hotel in Intelaken

The hotel is located right at the Interlaken west station which is excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating, specially Maddy 😍
The room was very clean, big shout out to housekeeping! and the view is just breathtaking.We felt really safe staying at merkur hotel
Also the hotel is so close to restaurants and local shops.
Will definitely be coming back. 😍

All good. Staff is kind and cordial. Location is perfect, railway station and parking right opposite. Just a tad bit expensive but that's the case with every hotel in interlaken.

Before saying anything, let me just mention that the receptionist and other staff were very sweet and I couldn't talk to them about the issue unfortunately - I got severely bitten by bed bugs in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor and it was just horrible.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. The bus stop and train station were right in front of the hotel. The hotel was very clean. Our room had a spectacular view to the mountains. Breakfast was very good too. Receptionists were kind and helpful.

Atendimento gentil e cordial da senhorita Maddison, excelente.
Quarto confortável e limpo.
Banheiro limpo porém o box de banho é bastante estreito, podendo ser um problema.
Café da manhã pontuo 6/10, poderiam melhorar na qualidade dos produtos.
Recomendo e voltaria.

Está exactamente frente a la estación de tren “interlaken west”! Para mi viaje resulto ser muy conveniente ya que tomamos el tren para ir a otros destinos! Por lo que no había que desmañanarnos!

O hotel é bom, limpo, bem localizado, estrutura relativamente nova e confortável, café da manhã é bom mas podia ser melhor. Não leva nota máxima pelo preço, entendo que por ser 3 estrelas o valor pago poderia ser ao menos 25% menor.

The hotel is very close to the railway station. The reception staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The views of the mountains from my room were spectacular.

I recently stayed at Hotel Merkur West Station in Interlaken to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel’s location is perfect, directly opposite Interlaken West Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers.

The rooms were clean, functional, and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and Andre, the owner, went above and beyond to make my celebration special. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The highlight of the hotel is the amazing rooftop area, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and a serene space to relax. It added a magical touch to the celebration.

I highly recommend Hotel Merkur West Station for anyone visiting Interlaken, whether for a special occasion or a regular getaway. A big thank you to Andre and the team for making my 50th birthday so memorable!
