This has become a VERY basic hotel, priced as an intermediate hotel. Although the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful, it seems the owners are cheap. Unless you want to stream TV services, you will have no TV. I am technology savvy, but I choose NOT to have all the extra apps. on my phone. TV services is basic at any other hotel. Yes, you get an RC Cola and a moonpie, but how about a water instead as many visitors take medication. The washcloths look like they have been used as cleaning rags. Although they were out of the advertised popcorn, that was fine as it was very obvious the popcorn machine needed a thorough cleaning.
On the positive, this hotel is within walking distance to good restaurants. Although I have stayed here in the past, but this will be my last stay due to the cost versus what you receive.
My kids loved the donuts and popcorn! Staff was friendly, theme was cute, beds were comfy. The parking was convenient. It was all in all a good stay.
The location was a little far from downtown and a little loud right there by the road. Facilities were a bit dated, and the shower left something to be desired.
Location was good. An easy walk to everywhere, room comfortable got everything you needed,staff nice and polite would stay again.

Past visits have been wonderful. Always charming, clean and a great value. That was not our experience this time,,
we have stayed several times over the years and it seems that the value and quality have dropped off dramatically recently. Much louder than in the past as well as no TV to watch with out having to stream from your phone.

Dog area was very small, but you can certainly walk your bet off of the site. You have to keep your card away from your phone or it will deactivate. WiFi kept having issues. Kind of wish parking fees and pet fees were included. Didn't know it would be additional fees for pets.
You can't ask for any friendlier staff than we had. Always greeted with a smile and very helpful.
I really don't have anything to say that I didn't like. We choose to stay here each visit to Savannah in which this was our 4th time.

Par ailleurs, au tarif initial pour une nuit, s ajoutent tout un tas de taxes incompréhensibles d un montant de 50 €! Le petit déjeuner est plus que sommaire ! Seul le personnel sauve un peu le lieu. Bref, une honte !!
The atmosphere was great. Room was nice and comfortable. Great location to downtown.
The sink did not drain properly as well as the toilet did not flush correctly. Requested 2 towels per person which was not given when I received a message stating they would be in my room. No hand towels or wash cloths were in the room either. The complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were empty.
The host was welcoming both checking us in and checking us out. She was wonderful to talk to and made us feel comfortable staying at The Thunderbird Inn.

The location: the hotel was located right close to a main road and it was really noice. The cleaning of the room was not so great. It was not possibile to completely dark the room.
The theme of ‘vintage’ is nice, the lounge is amazing, offering free drinks and donuts and popcorn, the staff was nice, the room is very spacious. The location is amazing if the weather isn’t awful.
The floor in the room wasn’t very clean, the soap dispensers in the shower either didn’t work (didn’t dispense) or were empty, and the water pressure was pretty abysmal. The WiFi never really worked. And to pay that much money for this is preposterous.
