Gerne! Hier ist eine flüssigere und natürlichere Version für eine Hotelbewertung:

Für die zentrale Lage ist der kleine Pool – gerade im Sommer – ein echtes Highlight und eine tolle Möglichkeit, sich nach einem Stadtbummel abzukühlen.

Beim Frühstück habe ich mir leider am Nutellaspender mein T-Shirt verschmutzt. Das kann natürlich immer mal passieren, aber der Umgang damit war außergewöhnlich: Das Hotel hat das T-Shirt auf eigene Kosten reinigen lassen, und bereits am Nachmittag lag es frisch gewaschen wieder auf unserem Zimmer.

Außerdem hatten wir in der ersten Nacht ein Problem mit dem Fenster, das sich nicht richtig schließen ließ. Wir haben dies kurz an der Rezeption gemeldet, und als wir am Nachmittag zurückkamen, war der Mangel bereits behoben.

Genau so stellt man sich hervorragenden Service vor: schnell, unkompliziert und äußerst kundenorientiert. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed in Florence for 12 days and this was an excellent location. A short walk into the city centre, with all of Florence’s beautiful museums, restaurants & attractions. Close to a metro stop which made travelling the city (and airport) so easy. What made the stay so much more pleasurable (as it was so hot in July) was coming back to a lovely hotel with fantastic services….the plunge pool was a God send after a hot day out sightseeing. Rooms were modern and impeccably maintained on a daily basis. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend

Pros:

Room were great and modern. Great breakfast and pool. Staff were awesome with all of our questions. Overground train stop 2 min walk. Walking distance to museum that has David statue and Duomo church

Cons:

Had to pay to use a third party gym. Very minor criticism.

Loved it!
Pros:

We loved this hotel. We had a spacious room for our family of four Each kid has a twin bed set up for them. One main washroom but a separate shower and sink one too. Washing machine was there and easy to use. Was so nice having the pool area (although small, great for an afternoon to cool off). Our ac was acting up and the front desk person (wish I got his name) and another maintenance man (glasses and didn’t know English) - they came right away and fixed it and had to get some tools and ladder. They were so apologetic and vacuumed after they were in our room. Fixed the ac super fast and the maintenance guy was trying to crack jokes. People in the lobby were so kind and friendly. Overall amazing spot to stay and great location for first time to Florence.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, amazing attentive staff and fantastic location.

Cons:

There was some kind of truck outside the hotel, connected with cables to their car park. It was incredibly noisy for one full day of our stay, finishing late at night and re starting at 7.30am right outside our window. I also think it would be useful to replace some of the tables in the pool area with sun beds. There was only 6 and they were in high demand!

Great location
Pros:

My family gave me that look when our taxi driver pulled up. It’s almost like a hole in the wall….
Once we walked in though they smiled and said good pick!
The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a flight schedule change and arrived so early and thankfully our rooms were ready and we were able to get in. It was so nice to be able to unpack and rinse off before heading out for the day! The rooms are small, but, it’s Florence in more of a centralized area so we were expecting that. Although small, very clean and had everything that you would need!
Our stay included the breakfast… Although they had many options to pick from we only ate there one morning…. deciding instead to get fresh pastries, and coffee from local cafés.
This hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to the Duomo and other sites. A great location.
Florence is one of our favorite cities and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going and we would definitely stay here again.
