Pros:

We had an amazing stay at your hotel! Stayed there June 10-16th. Aside from the great location , your front desk staff are AMAZING ! Delia Elisagrazia, Elisav & Fotios. They were so kind, friendly and professional. We had an early morning tour and they ensured we had ‘breakfast to go’ and again when we had a very early departure. Our luggage was damaged on arrival and once again they were very helpful in going the extra mile for us. My husband and I are very appreciative and wanted to ensure their employer knows how fortunate they are to have awesome front desk staff ! We will definitely recommend this hotel in Florence ! Great staff, breakfast choices, laundry, bar and lounge , pool and gym if you had time to do !!!

The complete package
Pros:

From beginning to end my expectations were exceeded by the professional and courteous staff at the iQ Hotel Firenze. The location was perfect and allowed for easy walkable access to the main tourist attractions, shopping, and public transportation hubs to get around to other parts of Italy. A short 15 to 20 mins from airport also made this location appealing. The seamless check in and checkout process was great and the wonderful team of professionals from bell hop, to front desk staff, house keeping, and on site restaurant added to the overall quality and satisfaction my daughter and I experienced. Every expectation was met and exceeded and a special thanks to the management staff who are customer centered and focused on delivering a quality experience for their guests. Hands down this is a great place to stay if traveling to Florence. Thanks team iQ Hotel for making our trip a memorable one.

An absolute 5* star hotel, good lovati
Pros:

The moment we arrived the hotel, we were welcomed by a porter who carried our luggage into the hotel. It was very hot beginning of July, but the air conditioning at the hotel was fantastic.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the treats left in the fridge each day were a lovely touch.

Excellent hotel and a great deal
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was excellent and welcoming (Daniele in the bar really made our experience special) and the deal here simply cannot be beat. The rooms are clean, quiet, air conditioned and well maintained and the staff is happy to help with anything you need.

Plus, the hotel restaurant was one of our favorites of the whole trip. Also, the rooftop pool is incredible and was almost always empty during our stay.

We certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The workers were absolutely wonderful and so helpful for literally any of your needs! Nicely air conditioned (this was a bit fear of mine) it was comfortable and very clean! In walking distance (under 30 min) to mostly everything!

Pool is a little small
