Très bel hôtel, très confortable et spacieux
Pros:

La chambre familiale pour 4 personnes (2 adultes / 2 enfants) était incroyable !
Très grand lit kig size + 2 lits simples.
La chambre était très grande, une très belle salle de bain avec baignoire + grand douche.
Propreté impeccable.
Le personnel est très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est délicieux.
La petite piscine est très agréable pour se rafraichir.
L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique et juste à côté du tramway qui va à l'aéroport

Cons:

La seule chose à redire : ne prenez pas une chambre côté rue si vous voulez dormir.
Malheureusement nous avons très peu dormi car énormément de bruit dans la rue, c'est une rue très passante.

We had a wonderful stay at IQ Hotel Firenze, and the location was absolutely perfect. Being so close to the city centre made it an ideal base for exploring Florence and visiting the city’s iconic landmarks, while still being in a relatively quiet area.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the hotel stood out. It genuinely felt like a five-star experience, with so many added benefits that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and having a jacuzzi in the bathroom was a fantastic touch.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the facilities available, including the spa, jacuzzi, outdoor pool, and the fantastic breakfast. Everything was exceptionally clean and well looked after, and the staff were consistently kind and welcoming.
A special thank you to the reception team for being so helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and also to the breakfast staff for their warm service and attention each morning. We would also like to thank the housekeeping team, who kindly accommodated our request and made sure everything was taken care of.
Despite the hotel being so central, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was. We experienced virtually no noise at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after exploring the city.
Overall, IQ Hotel Firenze exceeded our expectations. The combination of the excellent location, beautiful facilities, cleanliness, attentive staff, peaceful atmosphere, and great value made our stay very memorable. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones I have experienced. Having the minibar free of charge was a bonus and never experienced before. Staff always happy to answer questions.

Cons:

Room could have been a little larger. The extra charge to use the gym.

Very limited breakfast, no choices at all.
Gym is 10eur and parking 45 eur per day.
All larger rooms are above the street where noisy tram goes by all the time during the night too. If you have light sleep - you are going to struggle like I have.

Good vegan friendly breakfast was offered. Minibar was complimentary and replenished once every day of the stay. Communal miele washing machine and tumble dryer available for paid use during the stay. Beautiful steam/sauna space and outdoor swimming pool.
