Absolute Gem
Pros:

Our family of six, ranging in ages from 9 to 76, recently stayed at iQ Hotel Firenze, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean throughout. The breakfast was beautiful with a great selection, and the hotel bar is a fabulous spot for a nightcap to end the evening.
A major highlight was the pool area; it gets the sunshine all day long and is heated with hydrojets, making it incredibly relaxing. The staff truly couldn't do enough for us, ensuring our large group felt welcome. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely, thoughtful touch. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was great and restaurant/lounges areas were pleasant. Location is good as it is just outside of the main historic center but very well connected.

Cons:

Bar service was a little less than what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. No flexibility about check out times.
Price is high, but in standard with prices in Florence.

Ottimo soggiorno nel cuore di Firenze!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso iQ Hotel Firenze durante il nostro viaggio e l’esperienza è stata decisamente molto positiva. La posizione è uno dei suoi maggiori punti di forza: l’hotel si trova vicinissimo al centro storico e permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Firenze, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente pratico.

La struttura è moderna, curata e soprattutto molto pulita. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre accogliente, sorridente e disponibile, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Anche la colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa: ricca, varia e adatta a soddisfare ogni esigenza.

Un ulteriore valore aggiunto è la presenza di una spa e di una palestra ben attrezzata, servizi che purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di utilizzare per mancanza di tempo, ma che rappresentano sicuramente un plus importante. Molto comoda anche la vicinanza a un parcheggio custodito, particolarmente utile per chi arriva in auto.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti meno positivi, abbiamo trovato poco pratico l’armadio aperto senza ante. Anche il rubinetto del lavandino con sensore automatico è risultato scomodo, perché funzionava male e rendeva difficile lavarsi normalmente.

Pros:

Close to everything also had a great spa which was really nice after walking around all day. The restaurant was really nice and priced well. The staff were really nice and helpful when we had a few questions. Overall loved the property.

Cons:

The bed in the room was a little too hard which caused a little discomfort.
