Good location and clean/spacious rooms
Pros:

The attention to the cleaning was great! The mattresses were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was super helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here because it is also close to the city center.

Cons:

I didn't love that the breakfast was offered only from 6h30 to 8h30 and it wasn't said when we checked in. It was unusual to have such a short time and unexpected.

They are doing major construction and roads are blocked very hard to get into the location plus I found hair in the tub and floor of the bathroom

It was a nightmare
Pros:

It was horrible! Do not stay here!

Cons:

I had an ear swab on my bed under the sheets. The floor smelled like dirty feet, they advertise having a hot tub, but it’s concrete filled. When I complained and asked for a room that has a tub since there was no hot tub, I was told absolutely not. As a frequent hotel guest, I know it’s possible to switch rooms. My final hit was seeing prostitution on the property. I left a day early and they refused to reimburse me.

Very good choice for good basic comfort and affordability.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was fairly quiet as well even with location near I35. John with reception was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional.

Cons:

Access to property only from I35 south’s frontage road. Massive long going construction drives closures of the frontage road making it very challenging to get to the hotel. We needed a police escort one night.

All and all okay place but will most likely not repeat.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed. Coffee was good. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast hours are ridiculous. Especially since it's used as a carrot. TV. Did not work for a few hours during my only full day. Needed a little more time and was told 25$ per hour. While 90% of this place was empty. Nothing within walking distance. Major highway construction right outside.
