Pros:

The main host/owner is kind. The location is easy, and there is access to an underground parking garage if you want to use it. The area is quiet but close to the old town etc.

Cons:

The stay was a ok, but a few elements I wasn't expecting and that were not advertised.
Parking is 4 Euros a night, and to have the dog in the room is 9 Euros a night. Paid when you check in. This could be clearer when booking.
There is no fridge in the room.
I had a VERY annoying and unacceptable experience of the staff opening my door at 8:00 in the morning. Albeit, by mistake, but totally unacceptable. I rated the hotel as 'passable' despite this.

Hat alles gepasst, komme bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
Pros:

Zentrumsnah und günstig für einen Abendspaziergang an der Isar gelegen. Freundliche Gastgeber, großes Zimmer, gute Matratze.

Cons:

Ausstattung nicht auf dem allerneuesten Stand, aber für mich sehr in Ordnung. Der Getränke- und Snackautomat ist etwas widerspenstig.

Pros:

The hotel is close to Munich airport, and very convenient in that respect. The breakfast was excellent and rich, and we really enjoyed the amazing service of Mr. BARTL RIEGER who was kind, pleasant and took care of us in every detail. Highly recommended for those who want a small and cute hotel before traveling home
