Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites Landmark Shenzhen by IHG

When checking in, was advised by the check in staff that my room type is either near the lift or end of corridor. I stated that i prefer the one near the lift. But when go to the room, it is the one furthest down the corridor.

as per my four days experience, hotel is good, but there is staff is not sufficient. Also they can use it to AI for delivery average.

The room decoration is very retro. The front desk service is good. The breakfast products are rich.The room has a large bathroom. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym.Sky provide late Check out for me

When I arrived at this hotel, the front desk was very friendly and helped me check in, and even took my luggage to my room. Immediately afterwards, I tried the Chinese food, and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. I finally understood what the 'pot aroma' in Fried Rice meant, and it was very delicious. Finally, I rested in my room and had a wonderful evening.

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Landmark. The hotel's design is very distinctive, and it's the classic Hong Kong style that I really like. James from the sales department upgraded me to the hotel's most distinctive open suite. I particularly like the Pergo Italian restaurant in this hotel. Their dishes are very exquisite and delicious. When I come to Shenzhen for a trip next time, I will still choose this hotel.

The stay experience at Crowne Plaza Fuyuan Hotel is excellent! It has a superior location and convenient transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, with especially soft bedding. The staff are warm and attentive, responding promptly. The restaurant William treated us like friends. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is delicious. The gym and swimming pool facilities are complete, perfect for relaxation. The overall environment is elegant and the value for money is high. It is strongly recommended for both business and leisure travelers

Front desk staff are very friendly and polite special would like to thanks Amy, she always show guest with a warm welcome. Always great to see Helen here. Breakfast got a lot of choice, staff working hard and make sure guest enjoying their breakfast. Room very clean. Thanks all the staff here, make a wonderful trip for me and my family.

Although we have returned to England, the Shenzhen Crowne Plaza Hotel has left us with unforgettable memories. I was able to sleep well at night in the bustling city center, and I tasted all kinds of delicious food around. I am especially grateful to Suki from the sales department for her help. It was very lucky to find her to book the room. The hotel's full-service facilities are complete, and the Shenzhen Fuyuan Crowne Plaza will be our first choice.

This hotel is a little on the mature side, but it is well maintained and comfortable. My bed was huge and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was also on the modest side of things, but was comfortable and good. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if it is in the right neighborhood for you, and I would certainly stay there again. I had absolutely no complaints.

Breakfast staff, especially Rosa Zhang,and check-in staff exceptional. Rooms are large and clean, but property is just a little dated. Good value for money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to our requests - extra towels, firmer pillows , late checkouts etc Hotel close the Huagiangbei and Dongman shopping area. The room we stayed in is very spacious.

Great location within walking distance of Dongmen pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. There are staff that are able to speak both Cantonese, mandarin and some english. Room was spacious and clean, with the bathroom being almost as big as the bedroom! I always recommend Crowne plaza, especially in China!

The service at reception was great. Kindly curtesy manner and good attitude with his services. So it gave you a good impression before you walk into your room. Room is specious and with good mattress. Breakfast was great and people were very nice.
On the whole they are excellent hospitality. The hotel situated in a good busy street with lots of restaurants and facilities around. Will come back again.

Most receptions don’t understand English. The ones that do it’s very limited. Is a great hotel and service overall but I just caution someone coming here who only speaks English that it is hard to get on

This building is 25 years old. Keep that in mind.

I was greeted very warmly by the front desk supervisor at the Crowne Plaza hotel by the name of Kingsley, Li
She was very welcoming. She was thoughtful. She make sure I had what I needed. She greeted us with a two bottle of water. She would give us a chair to sit while we wait. The service was amazing. I recommend anyone whoever go to Crunk Plaza, Chan to look for Kingsley. She would be an amazing person to take care of you. I was very pleased very proud and I stayed on because of her and the treatment is great. The service is great.

The breakfast is fantastic. The evening snack was amazing

And the bed give me an amazing sleep. I recommend Crowne Plaza any day and I think we have to recognize Kingsley because she was the front desk. She was a receptionist and she represented Chrome Plaza very well.
