Rooms were great , food was great , location perfect but staff at front wasn’t great

Close proximity to where we needed to be

Cons:

Staff told me to come back at noon because computer system was done early that morning at 8am to extend my room for another day and to try back at 12 pm . When I came bank at 12 pm she said no rooms were available and couldn’t extend my room that I had to find somewhere to go . Rude and unprofessional

good selection of breakfast food on the free bar....beds were very comfortably....bathroom was extremely clean...will be my go to from now on...

Enjoyed our stay looking forward to going again.
Pros:

Great room,Good Breakfast and staff was excellent. If you are doing multiple days at the space center it’s an ideal place to stay.

Cons:

Room with a view is a little questionable. If you are lucky for a launch.

Pros:

We had an amazing experience! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and make a little surprise for my son’s birthday. We are so lucky because we are able to watched a rocket launch view from our room made our trip even more memorable.

Cercanía al kennedy space center y avistamiento del lanzamiento

Cons:

No vimos a personal en toda la estancia. Pedimos una habitación para 3, el sofá estaba doblado con la sábana adentro ya puesta (no se si limpia), el desayuno solo harinas.

Pros:

Muy mal. Desde la llegada. No encontraron mis reservas, la habitación sucia, les pesó que hicieran aseo y no lo hicieron, se fue el agua en la propiedad u no nos pudimos bañar. Mejor dicho todo mal.

Cons:

Sucia la habitación, con hormigas, les pesó aseo, no lo hicieron, se fue el agua 2 horas, nunca avisaron.

Två nätter vid besök på Kennedy Space Center.
Pros:

Bra frukost, perfekt läge för Kennedy Space Center om man har bil. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Trevlig personal och fräscha rum.
