Två nätter vid besök på Kennedy Space Center.
Pros:

Bra frukost, perfekt läge för Kennedy Space Center om man har bil. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Trevlig personal och fräscha rum.

Very good. We didn't do use of the facilities but we were not there for that, just visiting family.
Pros:

Very clean, nice staff, very responsive.

Cons:

Room door made a loud grinding noise when opened and closed but that's an advantage - it would wake you up if someone broke in.

Dirty walls, lound AC, alway smoking personnel by the entrance
Pros:

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean. Breakfast was good, but they had hard time keeping up with having food. We waited 20 min and no one put more eggs or bacon or potatoes to be served.

Cons:

It was very dirty, the walls were dirty, see pictures. The AC was blowing dirty air and the ceiling was black by it. It also would make a huge noise every time it’s on like a rocket was taking off. Windows have no insulation the road is close it’s like having a motorcycle in your room. All of the employees smoke by the back door where they tell you to park as it’s closer to the elevators. That back entrance is not secure, the door is never latched and locked. And you are constantly walking through someone standing there and smoking. Absolutely disgusting. The cigarette butts are all over the ground what is left off grass there. It needs some revamp! The only good thing about it the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. However, the blanket was stained and this place is close to the Kennedy Space Center.

Great stay, great staff.
Pros:

I left an item in my room on 6/24/2026, a manager named Bob was extremely helpful in locating it and getting it shipped back to me. The hotel is very nice , and had the best breakfast I have seen in a few years, I don’t eat breakfast, but my 11 year old grandson made up for it. My brother is taking his granddaughters to the NASA complex and I will certainly recommend the Hyatt to him. Thank you, Paul H.

Nice hotel
Pros:

It was a very nice hotel. Staff was very nice to. The room was really clean and nice. Would stay here again, and the view was excellent
