Room was very clean

2 elevators one out of orded

Mostly good except breakfast as described above.
Pros:

Nice room and desk staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. They ran out of coffee, plates and juice. I had to hunt down staff to let them know. Also had to find staff to clean our table. When they were located, they went to the back and said loud enough for me to hear (I am done!!).

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The gym was very well equipped and organized. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Nice accommodations.
Pros:

Modern hotel with nice amenities. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator but not a microwave, which would have made it better.

Cons:

I was a little annoyed that the shower took a very long time to get hot. We were there two nights and both the shampoo and body wash were almost empty. I assumed housekeeping would discover it when they came to tidy up the room, but they didn’t.

The help that prepares the breakfast did not show up until at least 15 minutes after their posted breakfast hours. We got by on basic things like cereal,toast, bagels, fruit and coffee.
It also would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby at night.

Piscine non chauffée
Pas de gel douche dans la chambre. (Oublie de refill du distributeur)
