Nice accommodations.
Pros:

Modern hotel with nice amenities. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator but not a microwave, which would have made it better.

Cons:

I was a little annoyed that the shower took a very long time to get hot. We were there two nights and both the shampoo and body wash were almost empty. I assumed housekeeping would discover it when they came to tidy up the room, but they didn’t.

The help that prepares the breakfast did not show up until at least 15 minutes after their posted breakfast hours. We got by on basic things like cereal,toast, bagels, fruit and coffee.
It also would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby at night.

FRONT DESK STAFF COULD CARE LESS

ONE OF TWO ROOMS WE BOOKED HAD DIRTY COFFEE CUPS IN IT. OCCUPANTS OF THAT ROOM ASKED FOR COFFEE PACKETS THAT ROOM.....NEVER GOT ANY. (ROOM 128)

ONE OF EXTERIOR DOORS COULD NOT BE OPENED FROM OUTSIDE

ROOM DOOR KEYS WORKED WHEN THEY WANTED TO WORK. (ROOM 229) EVEN AFTER WE ASKED FOR REPLACEMENTS.

THERE WERE TWO COMMERCIAL BUSES WITH CHILDREN AT FACILITY.......ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT SUPERVISION........

CHILDREN PLAYED OVER BREAKFAST FOOD (OUR FAMILY OF SIX CHOSE TO EAT ELSEWHERE BOTH MORNINGS)

CHILDREN RAN UP AND DOWN STAIRS AND HALLWAYS AT NIGHT. EVEN KNOCKING ON RANDOM DOORS. THEY EVEN KNOCKED ON MY MOMMAS DOOR --------BIG MISTAKE......I FOUND SO CALLED ADULT SUPERVISOR'S......./ TEACHER'S ......THEY WERE IN A CONFERENCE ROOM DRINKING BEER & WINE AND COULD HAVE CARED LESS.

I NOTIFIED FRONT DESK. A CAUCASIAN REAL YOUNG FEMALE WITH BLONDE HAIR.........SHE KEPT SAYING THAT THERE. WAS NOT A MANAGER ON DUTY ------ SHE COULD HAVE CARED LESS.

IT WASN'T UNTIL I CALLED AGAIN......FOR ABOUT THE 4TH TIME.....FROM MY CELL PHONE.....BECAUSE HOTEL ROOM PHONE WASN'T WORKING......AND ADVISED THIS SAME FEMALE EMPLOYEE THAT MY NEXT CALL WOULD BE TO """911""" BEFORE CHILDREN KINDA QUIETED DOWN.

VERY UNACCEPTABLE.........

Room was huge, comfortable, and quiet.

The biggest bonus is they have a room to view the space launches. Arrive 30 mins early, and slide the windows open, turn the lights off. Listen to the launch info on the Next Spaceflight app. Awesome!
