Gross Pool
Pros:

Left much to be desired, pool was green, broken furniture, breakfast food was burnt and over cooked. Mud on floors not addressed after staff made aware.

OK pre cruise
Pros:

Just OK, kind of isolated. Bar and bar restaurant were basically nonexistent. Pool was out of order doesn't look like it has been used in a while. Most staff very nice except the arrogant weasel working the day shift. Breakfast was good.

Spacious suit with lots of light - Great rocket launch view
Pros:

I am staying in the Hyatt Place Titusville when I’m in the area. The hotel features a launch view balcony which is accessible before rocket launches. I have seen many rockets launches from there.

The hotel has regular queen and twin rooms but also suites which are very desirable. I received an upgrade as a regular with Hyatt status. Thank you so much, Grace!

I got suite 502 which is located on the very right side of the building which allows for an additional window right next to the bed with views to the Boeing building next door.

The room has the usual work space with desk/chair, a refrigerator, safe, ironing board, coffee maker.
There is a sitting area on one side with sofa and ottoman On the other side of the room is a cozy chair right next to another window.

The highlight of these types of suites is the balcony which is basically a slider door that can be opened. I had the pleasure of watching a Falcon Heavy launch from there.

The bathroom has an area for the vanity and separated by a slider door is the shower and toilet.
Plenary of towels are always provided as well as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel offers complementary hot breakfast which is always good.

Many thanks to the employees in this hotel. They are doing their best to make guests feel comfortable.

Pros:

How everyone was so welcoming from when you walk through the doors until you leave your stay. Very clean and spacious. The rooms were super nice with comfy beds.
The morning breakfast was delish and had a great variety of food choices.
