Friendly place, but a bit disappointing.
Pros:

Ocean was close by, only 15-20 minutes of driving. Many food places were in walking distance. If you like statues and stuff, it's an ok place. The owner was also very kind. We didn't speak each other's language but it worked out fine.

Cons:

Place was ok if you want to do nothing, but sleeping. There was no oven, no plates, no cuttlery, no glasses. If you eatout 3 times everyday, I guess that's fine. Beds could have been better. The room is quite hot, so we brought our own ventilator.
This place is only enough for sleeping but there are probably better options, I'm sorry.
The other issues were simply cultural differences (gosh, everything was always closed, even if google said it isn't, I was fuming).

I recomennd to everyone
Pros:

The location is great. It is close to the airport, the bus, and also the train.

Cons:

I would change the bed linens / blankets. Now in spring we would welcome warmer ones.
