Great stay at the Kaan Hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is very new and modern. The room was very clean and enough for 3 people. Our bedroom has a microwave oven, and equipped with cooking capabilities. There is also a washing machine with dryer that occupants of the hotel can use for free anytime. There is also a small gym. My kids also liked the rooftop bar with the live band and the karaoke after. The bathroom was very spacious. We were given bottles of water whenever we needed it. It is a 5 minute walk to the United Nations square, a few minutes to the old Medina, Sacred Heart Church and the very nice Arab League park. The front desk personnel were friendly and accomodating and would answer our needs and our taxi going to the airport. There are also a lot of restaurants around. We would go to nearby Petit Lapin for breakfast (which is very good) and their menu for dinner is also good and they do not disappoint.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite pricey so we did not add breakfast to our booking. Aside from this, we cannot find anything that we did not like.

Pros:

Современный отель в центре Касабланки. В номере очень комфортно, стильно и чисто. Был даже утюг с гладильной доской. Завтрак вкусный. Отель рекомендую.

Séjour business au centre de Casablanca
Pros:

Troisième séjour au Kaan à Casablanca et toujours aussi agréable. Personnel accueillant, tant à la réception qu'au restaurant du rooftop, propreté impeccable, jolie chambre très fonctionnelle, j'y séjournerai à nouveau avec plaisir.

Unser Highlight in Casablanca
Pros:

Eigentlich alles. Sehr schönes Hotel, gutes und lässiges Konzept. Super Zimmer für fünfköpfige Familie mit kleiner Kitchenette, zwei Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern (hiervon eines mit sep. Dusche/WC), Schlafsofa im kleinen Wohnzimmer. Ruhig gelegen. Gutes Essen in der Rooftop Bar.

Cons:

Leider ging es vergessen das Schlafsofa für die 5. Person parat zu machen, obwohl wir es gemeldet hatten. War aber nicht so schlimm, da wir genügend Kopfkissen von den anderen Betten hatten und frisch gewaschene und in Plastik verpackte Wolldecken.

Great hotel and location, but the unfriendly and unwelcoming staff affected our overall experience.
Pros:

The hotel and its facilities were very good. The location was also excellent and easily accessible, which we really appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff were quite cold and not service-oriented. We hardly felt welcomed and did not feel comfortable during our stay. The only friendly people were the housekeeping staff, who greeted us warmly on every occasion.
