Soggiorno a Casablanca
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare Casablanca. La colazione era ricca di pietanze dolci e salate. L'appartamento era pulito e ampio. Ottimo anche il parcheggio per l'auto.

Cons:

La nostra prenotazione era da 4 persone, ma avevano preparato l'appartamento solo per due. Abbiamo fatto quindi richiesta per avere le lenzuola e gli asciugamani mancanti e lo staff si é occupato di tutto in maniera professionale.

1）前台服务非常不专业，我已经在booking付过房费，前台说没有，给他看了凭证才说他搞错了 2）退房时让交城市税，办入住时已经交过了，是同一个工作人员办理的，让他再核对，他搞错了，3）给的房间比booking上描述的小很多，非常狭窄，第二天跟前台换了房间。提醒大家一定核对一下订单。 另外，房间不隔音，临街侧非常吵，过车时路噪声音大，影响休息。

Not great.
Pros:

With the exception of what I explain below, the hotel was fine for what it was - sleek and modern, comfortable beds, good location as far as I could tell.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning. Maybe something was lost in translation, but it sounds like they just said the air conditioning wasn't on when it got cold - but, it wasn't that cold, it was between 15-27 C / 60-80 F outside. There was no discussion of "I'm sorry, it's broken, please accept X in return for this", it was just a flat "There is no air conditioning now".

Because it's a tall downtown building (our room was on the fourth floor) those rooms store up heat all day, so it was 24 C / 75 F all night in our room. We opened the window to ventilate, but one window can only do so much, so it's still hot and now you're listening to downtown sounds all night. I've stayed in hotels with no air conditioning, in fact on this trip we stayed in a place with no air conditioning, but what makes that different is that it was part of the deal.

So this is my point - they broke the deal we had. I agreed to pay a set amount of money for a set amount of amenities, but when I show up they've changed those amenities but what I'm asked to pay is the same.

Good location, kind staff, clean well planned room, good and well organized breakfast

Cons:

Check in was slower than I expected, there were no lunch menu in English and waiter could not speak english also, we decided to go out for lunch
