Nice hotel for business travel
Pros:

It’s a very nice hotel that’s used by business travelers - the lobby has a coffee bar that you can order to go coffees which was nice!

Cons:

There was a mixup with a car service they arranged for us. We had requested a ride to the Hassan Mosque - and specifically asked for the driver to wait for us since we were short on time (we were paying by the hour). The man at the front of the hotel put us in the wrong vehicle which was headed to the airport. My daughter noticed we weren’t going the right way, and we stopped the driver; he re-routed and got us to the Mosque for our tour - but it was very unsettling. We also didn’t have a ride back to the hotel.
I feel that if you’re a 4-star hotel, things like this shouldn’t happen.
