Pros:

Grosse Zimmer, super Lage, direkt am Strand, Liegen + Schirm inklusive, serviertes Essen war sehr gut

Cons:

Vor Ort mussten wir zu dem an Booking bezahlten Preis noch über 200 Euro draufzahlen. Die Abendessenszeit beginnt erst um 19:30 Uhr. Aus unserer Sicht ist dies für kleine Kinder zu spät. Wir waren eine Woche dort und das Restaurant hatte nur an einem einzigen Abend pünktlich geöffnet, sonst sogar noch später... Dementsprechend war es sehr chaotisch im Essenssaal, alle waren am Verhungern, füllten übertrieben viele Teller und plünderten zum Teil schon zum Beginn des Essens das Dessertbuffet. Vieles wurde nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Personal teils top und teils flop. Kaffee musste man beim Frühstück leider bestellen (keine Selbstbedienung) und es gab Frühstücke an welchem wir keinen Kaffee bestellen konnten, sehr schade. Einen zweiten Kaffee gab es nie.

Pros:

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war mit Meerblick und relativ sauber. Auf unsere Nachfrage haben wir auf das Mittagessen verzichten können und durften dafür unser Auto kostenfrei in der Hotel-Garage parken. Die Lage war sehr gut - direkt am Strand und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Man konnte auch lange Strandspaziergänge unternehmen.

Cons:

Die Abendessenszeit erst um 19:30 bis 21:00 Uhr, also viel zu spät (bes. für Kinder) und auch zu kurz. Alle Gäste (ca. 200) sind gleichzeitig zum Abendessen gekommen und stürmten das Buffett - es war extrem laut im Speiseraum. Die Speisen schmeckten mittelmäßig und waren meistens kalt. Fast alle Servicekräfte wirkten unaufmerksam und den Gästen gegenüber eher uninteressiert. Mit Englisch konnte man sich nur schlecht verständigen. Das Nachteilen der leeren Speisen-Platten funktionierte schleppend und langsam. Die Teller wurden zu schnell vom Tisch abgeräumt, obwohl man sich vom Buffet nochmals nachlegen wollte. Beim Frühstück-Buffet waren keine Kaffeemaschinen aufgestellt - man musste den gewünschten Kaffee bestellen und es dauerte oft lange bis dieser serviert wurde. Es wurde nicht nachgefragt, ob man noch eine zweite Tasse trinken möchte. An der Bar haben wir auch öfters alkoholische Drinks konsumiert - wie in Italien üblich haben wir nur ein einziges mal etwas Fingerfood dazu serviert bekommen. Leider und Alles in Allem hat die Qualität des Services, der Speisen und der Organisation in der Küche noch ziemlich viel Luft nach oben...

Personalen!! Nonchalant och inte serviceminded! Hälsade inte, receptionspersonalen gömde sig bakom datorskärmen. Även några ur personalen i restaurangen var otrevliga.
MATEN!! Under all kritik för ett italienskt 4-Stjärnigt hotell!! Mycket besvikna då vi bott på så många trevliga italienska hotell med god mat och trevlig personal, både 3- och 4-stjärniga.
Anpassat för småbarnsfamiljer utan krav på italiensk matupplevelse!
