Migliorabile il servizio animazione nel senso che coinvolgevano poco sia i bambini che gli adulti, nel senso che non era molto chiaro il tipo di attività e dove si svolgevano. Se però ti informavi e portavi lì il bambino allora poi il servizio era ok. Parcheggio non compreso e molto caro

Nejvíce se nám líbila forma, kterou bylo realizováno stravování. Dále bylo příjemné automatické přidělení lehátek i s deštníkem. Skvělá je i lokace hotelu.

Cons:

Ne všichni z personálu uměli anglicky. Pro mladý pár spíše nedoporučuji, vhodnější je tento hotel pro rodiny s dětmi.

Hotel ideale davvero per tutti, perfetta sia per coppia, sia per chi viaggia con i bambini grazie ai comfort offerti.
Personale gentilissimo (le ragazze della reception sono state molto carine e gentili, compreso tutto l'ho staff) camera bellissima, pulitissima e tutta a norma!

L animazione poco coinvolgente,divertimento pochissimo! Per quanto riguarda i prezzi del bar mi sembrano eccessivi...€2 per un caffe' €5 un amaro e €9 per uno spritz. Per quanto riguarda il servizio ristorazione vasto assortimento di antipasti seppur ripetitivo con le stesse cose, primi e secondi da mensa dozzinale e porzioni irrisorie

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole
Pros:

la struttura è pulita accogliente, la piscina è sempre pulita e l’accesso alla spiaggia è direttamente collegato con l’hotel. ci siamo trovate davvero bene. tutto lo staff è davvero cordiale e il cibo è buonissimo. buffet molto ricco.

Cons:

noi eravamo una coppia, e l’hotel è un family hotel quindi c’erano prevalentemente famiglie, l’area pranzo può essere abbastanza rumorosa e durante le ore di punta bisogna aspettare qualche minuto per trovare posto per sedersi. non è un punto negativo ma un consiglio per le coppie che desiderano venire qui a pesaro.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances ! Les enfants ont adoré

Hotel familiale, avec piscine et accès direct sur la plage! Belle vue depuis la chambre! Les enfants ont bien apprécié les jeux, la danse du soir, la piscine.
Les repas ( déjeuner, midi et soir) vraiment top!
Depuis la gare, en voiture seulement 7-10min.
Lili nous a vraiment bien accueilli et a été d‘une gentillesse incroyable! Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour!

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr gelungen.

Positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Es war bei unserer Ankunft wieder sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr überzeugt. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich, die Qualität ausgezeichnet und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war überwiegend sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders die jungen Damen an der Rezeption beim Check-in und Check-out haben uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Professionalität einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Ein weiteres Highlight war die wunderschöne Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer. Der direkte Blick auf das Meer hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch eine negative Erfahrung, die unseren ersten Abend im Hotel überschattet hat. Es betrifft einen bestimmten Kellner, dessen Namen wir leider nicht kennen. Er ist gross, trägt eine Brille und war für die Tische im vorderen Balkon-/Terrassenbereich mit direktem Meerblick zuständig.

Am ersten Abend wurden wir von mehreren Kellnern, insbesondere jedoch von diesem Mitarbeiter, über längere Zeit ignoriert. Wir mussten sehr lange warten, bis überhaupt jemand zu unserem Tisch kam. Als ich ihn schliesslich darauf ansprach, dass wir gerne bestellen möchten, reagierte er mit einer unklaren und wenig freundlichen Bemerkung, die bei uns einen sehr merkwürdigen und unhöflichen Eindruck hinterliess.

Danach lief er mehrfach an unserem Tisch vorbei, ohne unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen, sodass wir erneut lange warten mussten. Nachdem er sehr ungewollt gekommen ist, nahm er unsere Bestellung auf. Dabei gab es weder eine Entschuldigung noch eine freundliche Reaktion. Seine Mimik und sein Verhalten wirkten sehr unfreundlich, respektlos und wenig professionell.

Schade ist, dass wir seinen Namen nicht kennen. Wir haben versucht, diesen zu erkennen, konnten ihn jedoch leider nicht lesen. Da uns diese Situation sehr in Erinnerung geblieben ist, möchten wir sie dennoch erwähnen.

Abgesehen von diesem Vorfall hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und bedanken uns bei allen anderen Mitarbeitenden für ihren freundlichen Service.
