A great value and very good location hotel, nice touches like a nice lobby to sit in, a coffee shop open all day and night.

There is significant room for improvement in both the facilities and overall service. Upon check-in, we were informed that our room was ready; however, when we arrived, a staff member was still inside attending to something and asked us to wait, which was quite inconvenient. Cleanliness was also an issue. The floors, particularly in the bathroom, had visible dirt and crumbs, and we had to request housekeeping to address this. Overall, the level of cleanliness did not feel thorough.

Our room was located close to the elevator, and we could clearly hear people passing by, which affected our comfort. It would have been helpful to either have better soundproofing or be informed of this in advance. Additionally, when we made an inquiry about extending our stay at the B5 reception, we were asked to go to the ground floor instead. This seemed unnecessary, especially as it was only a simple inquiry.

Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of service efficiency and attention to detail.

Pros:

Near Burnham Park and downtown. Close to restaurants. Was able to order from a food app for delivery.

Cons:

Parking is steep, is a real challenge esp for new drivers. There is that faint, odd smell coming from the bathroom.

I booked this room because i saw on the room description that there is an AC but then they told that i have to pay additional 500php to use the AC. Agreed.
I ask the room service if i can borrow spoon & fork to eat. They ask me to give a 50php deposit. A bit expensive to stay here. There's no toilet paper and i didnt ask anymore bec i might get charged again..
Location is a bit far from the center and you cannot just walk around bec the road is narrow
