This Christmas, Hard Rock Casino Sacramento gave our family an unforgettable gift.

My father is battling cancer, and this may have been his last Christmas. Hard Rock was his wish, and the team went above and beyond—surprising us with a beautiful suite and thoughtful gestures that made him feel truly special.

Seeing my dad so happy, smiling and enjoying time with his family, meant everything to us. This was more than hospitality—it was kindness and compassion at its finest.

Service is atrocious, your Cafes service is horrible and so is the food. I have never found your menu appealing, your food is cooked by unprofessional people, your menu is pedantic. You over charge for basic fast food. The quality is horrible.

Room was clean & nicely decorated. The bathroom has a water closet for toilet. The water pressure in shower was great and I was able to wash my very thick hair.

I was broke down with a dead battery and an employee, on his way to work stopped to give me a jump with his jump box but but it would have taken about 30 minutes to charge due to my battery being so low and he was willing to wait for me while my battery charged. VERY NICE OF HIM TO DO THAT FOR A STRANGER! PEOPLE JUST DO NOT DO THAT FOR ANYBODY THESE DAYS ANY MORE. What a better place the world would be if everybody had that kind of attitude, it was a total act of kindness and was a very selfless thing to do! THANK YOU ZACK FOR HELPING, IF NOT FOR YOU GOD ONLY KNOWS HOW LONG I WOULD HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE! I APPRECIATE YOU VERY MUCH MY FRIEND AND KEEP THAT ATTITUDE AS WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD TO MAKE IT A BETTER AND SAFER PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No pool or hot tub access. I know it’s a casino, but smelled like cigarettes. Denied a late check out.

Hotel and room were outstanding,!

Shower has mildew, furniture showing age. 15 and 18 year olds trying to look at menus for dinner repeatedly were told to return to room, even when returning to room. Where creaped out by security. Got charged resort fee for pool that was closed.

Another great stay!

I left another hotel because the walls were so thin I wasn’t sleeping and needed a good nights sleep before my road trip home. I wished I had changed hotels earlier. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. I got a great nights sleep. I appreciated the coffee shop as well. It’s nice to be able to get an espresso drink without having to drive. And there is a gas station right there. I’ll def book my full stay there next time I come down and spend some time checking out the rest of the amenities.
