La posizione.
Il letto è molto comodo

Cons:

Stanza 103 senza luce del sole e puzzava sempre di chiuso!
Mini frigo della stanza non funzionava!
Luce d’emergenza e sensore del fumo montato sopra il letto con led che lampeggiavano tutta la notte.

La spa non è definibile una spa…ha solo una sauna(nella quale non ci si sta neanche sdraiati) e che dev’essere prenotata in anticipo con al massimo un’appuntamento di un ora al giorno…oltre questo non ci sono asciugamani.
La doccia della spa era sempre sporca.

La piscina era chiusa e non era segnalato da nessuna parte la chiusura prima dell’arrivo quindi non abbiamo potuto utilizzare il servizio.

Parma muss man besucht haben.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Empfangspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Auto konnten wir in der hoteleigenen Garage parkieren.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
