Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Multiple reviews praise room cleanliness explicitly ("pulizia", "sauberes Zimmer", "la propreté"); one isolated comment about dirty shower seals but overall very positive.
Service
8.9
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and responsive (e.g. immediate action on a room issue, 'personale piacevole', 'gentilezza dello staff'), supporting a strong service score.
Location
8.4
Several mentions of good location and proximity to metro/parking ('Gute Lage', 'L emplacement', 'posizione', parking available), though not always central—generally positive.
Room Quality
7.4
Rooms are repeatedly described as very spacious with comfortable beds, but multiple comments note dated furniture, poor curtains, occasional maintenance issues and flushing noise.
Amenities
6.5
Notable negatives: no minibar/frigobar reported in several reviews, no gym, restaurant closed in some stays—amenities are a clear weak point.
Value for Money
6.8
Mixed perceptions: some call the hotel expensive ('Cher mais correct') and criticize breakfast quality for a 4-star, so value is seen as below expectations by several guests.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast comments are mixed — described as copious/varied by some but criticized by others as limited, frozen or expensive; also lack of on-site dinner options noted.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall opinion skewed positive for short stays/through-travel: quiet, clean, spacious rooms and helpful staff lead to a generally favorable overall experience despite some shortcomings.

Cher mais correct
Pros:
