Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è molto comoda, sia per il parcheggio auto proprio davanti alla finestra della camera, sia per la vicinanza alla metropolitana. La posizione è ottima.
La camera era ampia e pulita. Gli arredi sono un po’ datati, ma comunque ben tenuti e funzionali.
La colazione è stata davvero eccellente: pancake fantastici e torte squisite fatte in casa.
Ci torneremo molto volentieri e speriamo di ritornare al più presto possibile! 😊

Stanza pulita, personale disponibile, colazione abbondante.

Cons:

La prima sera a detta del personale, era saltata la corrente, di conseguenza c'è stato un guasto e in stanza non c'era l'acqua calda. La notte successiva è tornato tutto alla normalità.

Hotel Hardware mäßig, Personal sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Die Lage war ruhig, der Weg zur U-Bahnstation mit rd. 900 Metern in Ordnung. Gratis Parkplatz. Frühstück und Abendessen war einwandfrei.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirbt auf der Homepage mit einer gratis Ladestation für Elektro Pkw für Hotelgäste. Vor Ort will man 0,50 ct verrechnen-ist grundsätzlich ein fairer Preis- steht halt im Gegensatz zur Werbung. Als ich dann trotzdem aufladen wollte war die Mitarbeiterin nicht in der Lage mir das zu erklären.

Eccezionale rapporto qualità-prezzo.
Da fuori non gli daresti una lira invece già dalla hall si capisce di essere in un bel posto.
Aurora della reception è stata simpatica, gentile e soprattutto sorridente (mi piacerebbe avere colleghe così).
Le avevo promesso che se avessi dormito bene avrei dato 10.
Più che meritato!
P.S. Facendo lo stesso lavoro da quasi 10 anni ruberò un paio di cose per migliorare la struttura dove lavoro

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et parfait,
Le personnel très sympathique, serviable et professionnel

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes, mais nous n’avions pas de 4eme lit prêt ni de draps et de linges pour 4. Impossible de mettre la climatisation.

Petit déjeuner offrant un riche choix et d'excellents produits

Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant de bonne qualité mais surtout par l'accueil exceptionnellement chaleureux, d'autant plus que je ,e m'exprime pas en italien

Cons:

Pour moi, tout était très bien et, parfois, au-dessus de mes attentes.

Une etite suggestion cependant : ma chambre disposait d'une très vaste terrasse, mais nue : il est dommge qu'elle ne soit pas équipée au moins d'une table et d'un ou deux sièges
