Slept like a baby!
Pros:

The bed and pillows are super nice and hot water is amazing after a day of bikepacking. Slept like a baby.

Cons:

They don’t provide hair conditioner and the shampoo/soap is low quality in my opinion so take your toiletries if that matters to you.

Sorpresa desagradable
Pros:

L'hotel és agradable i tranquil, tot i estar molt ben situat al centre, no hi ha pas sorolls. Les habitacions són àmplies i confortables, s'hi dorm bé. El personal és agradable i servicial. L'esmorzar és prou abundant i variat, tipus bufet lliure (es paga apart). El menjador-saleta està molt ben decorat amb quadres i plantes a l'exterior, en general tot és endreçat i acollidor. Tenen molta informació per fer visites.

Cons:

És el segon cop que m'hi estic perquè m'hi trobo molt a gust i em costa dir això, però aquest cop la neteja deixava molt que desitjar. El llençol d'abaix d'un dels llits tenia vàries taques marrons cap al centre i hi havia un cabell curt i fosc molt visible. També hi havia un cabell igual al rentamans, però el pitjor de tot va ser trobar-me restes d'excrements a les rajoles del costat del wc. No cal dir lo desagradable que va ser. Són llocs que s'han de revisar molt i molt bé, ho trobo imperdonable.

Egy hét a Olotban
Pros:

Szuper a megközelíthetősége, finomak voltak a reggelik, egyértelmű, rugalmas ki és becsekkolás. A személyzet még a saját személyes, de fontos dolgaimban is segített.

Cons:

Nem nagyon tudok olyat említeni. Egyedül a hajszárítóval, S az egyik lámpával voltak gondjaim. Hol működött, hol nem. Valamint a fürdőszoba felszereltsége egy picit lehetne több (wc kefe, tusfürdő + sampon egyben, esetleg egy kis kiszerelésű naptej).
