The staff went above and beyond to help us when needed. I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone.
Arrived late in the day to a busy yet friendly Reception, Staff were extremely helpful and informative. Breakfast was good value. range of foods available, and excellent coffee. View from my room was onto a park area, very calming after a busy day.
The breakfast was very good, I think specifically for travelers who are new to Portugal. One of the best things is the proximity to the metro, literally 50 meter from the entrance, solving economic transport to many of the potential destinations.
My wife says there is nothing she didn't like

Nous avons changé 3 fois la chambre.
Problème de climatisation à Chaque fois. Après 3 heures de bus de Albufeira à Lisbonne, nous étions fatigués. Mais nous avons dû changer à chaque fois de chambre.

There should be indicated somwwhere that planes are flying 100 meters high over the building and that makes huge noise

Paid 16 Euros for a good breakfast. Staff and housekeeping were good. There was a nice outdoor terrace to sit in just outside the hotel (attached to the restaurant). The location was near a lovely park and right next to the subway.
There was a leak from the shower after every shower. Old furniture and no kettle to boil water or make a cup of tea in the room. Was given the wrong wifi password on the first day and had to speak to reception to get the right one. Planes fly low overhead all day so it felt like I stayed in an airport. I felt the hotel was overpriced for its age.
