Pros:

Very close to metro. Lounge and restaurant on site with other restaurants and convenience stores close by. Staff very professional and helpful.

Pros:

Excelente estadia, com um café da manhã muito variado e de ótima qualidade. Os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. Além disso, o hotel fica ao lado da estação de metrô Praça de Espanha, o que tornou a locomoção pela cidade muito prática.

Soggiorno a Lisbona per convegno
Pros:

Hotel moderno e curato non troppo vicino al centro storico ma adiacente alla stazione metro "placa espanha" sulla linea blu diretta per il centro
Ottima e abbondante la colazione
Letti confortevoli e camera pulita e abbastanza ben insonorizzata nonostante il continuo passaggio degli aerei diretti al vicino aeroporto
Rapporto qualità prezzo buono
Siamo stati molto bene

Pros:

Colazione molto varia e buona. Parcheggio interno anche se a pagamento ma comodo per chi viaggia in macchina.

Cons:

Camera visibilmente vecchia. Negli arredi e nello stile. La moquette a terra non aiutava. In camera c'era un odore di chiuso o vecchio.

servizio in camera da migliorare in particolare poca attenzione ai particolari (ad esempio non viene rimessa una bottiglietta di acqua gratuita quotidianamente ma solo all'arrivo , manca sapone bidet, box fazzoletti terminato e non sostituito, ecc...)

Simpatia dos funcionários e proatividade para resolução dos problemas.

Cons:

O ar condicionado do primeiro quarto não funcionava, expusemos a situação e prontamente atribuíram-nos um segundo quarto, o qual estava a ser ocupado por outros hóspedes quando lá chegámos, o que foi bastante desagradável. Atribuíram-nos um terceiro quarto superior, mas que claramente não era usado há meses porque o cheiro a mofo era insuportável.
