スタッフの方が親切に教えてくれて、希望をしたらバスタブ付きの部屋にグレードアップしてくれた

Cons:

テラスで夜中の1時まで若者たちが騒いでいて部屋まで声が聞こえてきた。なかなか寝れなかった。

Pros:

Hotel sa nachádza v širšom centre mesta. Počas celého pobytu sme nemuseli kupovať lístok na MHD, všade sa dalo prísť pešo.
Personál na recepcii aj pri raňajkách úplne v pohode.
Izba veľká a zariadená všetkým potrebným, denne upratovaná.
Raňajky po južansky, viac na sladko, ale aj nejaká šunka a syr sa našiel.
Všade naokolo reštaurácie a bary + bohatý nočný život.
V princípe sme boli spokojní .

Cons:

Na raňajky sme chodili trocha neskôr a stalo sa, že niektoré veci už nedoplnili.
Mali sme izbu orientovanú do ulice a v noci bolo dosť počuť hluk z vonku.
Najviac ma ale štvala všadeprítomná špina a odpadky. Za to hotel nemôže,to je principiálny problém mesta a mentality...

Giriş yolu biraz ürkütücüydü, ama yine de sürekli kapalı tutulan kapıları sayesinde otel çok güvenliydi

Siamo stati molto bene, il silenzio nella struttura ci ha colpito molto.

La posizione ottima in quanto vicina al centro storico che si visita a piedi, comoda alla stazione metro Dante, agli autobus per raggiungere per esempio le catacombe e la reggia di Capodimonte, alla funicolare di Montesanto che porta a castel
sant'Elmo. L'hotel è inserito in una via che non si presenta molto bene... ma varcata la soglia si trova un altro mondo! Abbiamo apprezzato la professionalità e la cortesia dei gestori e del personale, i colori vivaci degli ambienti che mettono di buon umore. Il fatto che sia aperto 24h. La varietà dei prodotti della colazione.

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata nelle qualità delle bevande calde: caffè e cappuccino e nella pasticceria in particolare le briosches

Ottima la posizione vicina a fermata metro e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Competenza e gentilezza dello staff. Ambiente silenzioso e pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ottima sia nei dolci che nel salato con quotidiana diversificazione di alcune proposte sempre in linea con la tradizione locale. Veramente soddisfatti.
