King bed was great/ loved the shower. Pool was freezing.

Horrible experience!

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The front desk staff member who checked me in was not friendly at all, I almost felt like I was almost bothering them. I had requested a crib when making my reservation and even received a confirmation email stating that the crib would be ready. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the crib wasn’t prepared. Their excuse was that I had booked through a third-party website. It seems they’re fine with accepting reservations from third-party sites, but when it comes to other requests, suddenly it’s not acceptable.

On top of that, there was no clear communication about how breakfast worked—I was left to figure it out on my own.

Overall, a horrible experience.

Location was nice being close to food options was nice

Cons:

King room didn’t have bath tub. Moved to a Queen room on other side of hotel, like down elevator across back up elevator and more walking. To have dirty bath tub and it drained.

Cons:

No continental breakfast. Food prices sky high. 2 breakfast burritos and 2 orange juices :$42.00. What a rip off. No staff at check-in, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.
