最悪
Pros:

駅からすぐ。

Cons:

ドリンクサービスを提供する場所の隣りの部屋だったため、深夜1時頃も作業するスタッフや宿泊客の声で眠れなかった。翌日早い出発だったため、早くに休みたかったが、それが出来なかった。
また、浴室のドアにたくさんの黒いこすったようなあとがあり、気味悪かった。

朝食以外は、十分満足しています。

静かで落ち着けました。設備や備品が充実し、とても清潔で安心感が持てました。

Pros:

Other reviews mentioned that the room was small so I was a bit worried but it wasn't too bad, it was standard for this type of room. It was also quiet, clean and came with all the necessities so can't complain about that.

Modernes und ästhetisches Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt mit dem besten Personal der Welt!
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete Lage direkt im Herzen der Altstadt - aber dabei wunderbar ruhig gelegen und umgeben von exzellenten Cafes und Restaurants. Ganz viele schöne Orte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Hotel selbst ist sehr modern und visuell ansprechend ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner - besser kann man es nicht haben!
Ganz besonders zu loben ist die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft des Personals. Ich bin schon viel gereist, aber ich habe noch nie so zuvorkommende und reizende Menschen erlebt wie im Plaza Hotel Kobe West!

簡素ではありますが、清潔で設備レベルの高いホテル
Pros:

設備や備品が過不足なく整っていました。浴室のシャワーの使い勝手のよさに感心しました。レベルの高い飲み物（水、茶、コーヒー等）が自由にいただけました。

Cons:

たまたまなのでしょうが、コンシェルジュの女性の方の説明が早口で極めて聞き取りにくく（中国出身？）、何度も聞き返して確認しなければなりませんでした。とてもいいホテルでしたのに残念です。ぜひ、教育の方お願いしたいと思います。
