Pros:

Il residence ha una posizione ottima, è vicino al centro e al mare, inoltre, di fronte alla struttura, si trova un bellissimo parco cittadino.Il personale è gentile e accogliente, il monolocale da noi scelto non è molto grande, ma è dotato di tutto l' occorrente. Lo consiglio!

Очень понравилось встреча с круасанами, внимательное и добродушное отношение персонала, чистый и комфортный номер, прекрасное месторасположение. В этом отеле я уже отдыхаю второй раз , была в прошлом году на 8- 9 марта . И в этом с 7- 11 марта 2026 с подругой , нам очень всё понравилось ,приятно удивила цена, приедим ещё.

Cons:

В номере не было фена и цветов к 8 марта.💐🤗

Séjour agréable et accueil convivial.
Pros:

Les petits déjeuners étaient complets et diversifiés. La chambre était agréable avec une vue dégagée sur la promenade du paillon. Dans l'ensemble c'est plutôt positif.

Cons:

Dans la chambre il n'y avait pas de reposoir pour la valise. On est obligé de la laisser par terre. Sinon j'ai pu remarquer une certaine exiguïté vis à vis de la salle de bains où il faut être fagocité pour rentrer dans la douche.

Parfait pour un séjour de qualité à Nice sans dépenser trop !

Je recherchais un hébergement qui accepte mon chien (imposant) et j'ai été agréablement surpris par la taille du logement et un accueil réellement dog-friendly. Face à la promenade du Paillon c'était idéal pour les balades régulières, la proximité des places du Pin et Garibaldi ainsi que du Port sont un atout. Rien à redire à propos de la propreté et des équipements. La décoration est certes simple mais le rapport qualité prix excellent.

L'emplacement idéal proche du centre et d'un parking municipal très bien.
le studio confortable, calme. petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique.. bon rapport qualité-prix..

Pas grand chose, accueil cordial mais peut-être un peu froid...
