The parking entrance has a ramp and speakerphone on it that will open upon identification. Dissapoitment, would not return to this hotel.

Only the location is benefit, centrally located. But the location isn’t sufficient itself to sell out rooms.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Dubrovnik in Zagreb.

The furniture in the room is old and outdated, which gives a poor overall impression. I also asked to switch to a double room and clearly stated that I was willing to pay the extra charge, but the staff was not helpful and showed no willingness to accommodate my request.

The biggest issue was that there was no cold water in the room. The minibar was completely empty, and there was only one bottle of water in the room, which I had already finished. At 12:30 after midnight, I was very thirsty and asked for drinkable cold water. If there had been a place open where I could buy water, that would have been fine — but at 12:30 AM there was nowhere to purchase anything nearby.

Instead of simply bringing me a bottle of water, they sent a maintenance worker to the room. He was unable to fix the issue and then started arguing with the shift manager, trying to convince her to allow him to bring me a bottle of water from another empty room. Only after this unnecessary discussion did I finally receive drinking water. This situation was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

The breakfast selection was also limited and below expectations.

Overall, it was a big disappointment, and I would never return to this hotel again.

Great hotel with a wonderful location for tourists.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We felt safe walking in the area. Many restaurants and shops and tourist attractions close by. The on site restaurant was convenient.

Cons:

The bath tubs. European bathtubs are a pain to get in and out of.

Solides Hotel direkt am zentralen Platz
Pros:

Top Lage am zentralen Platz. Im Zimmer hat alles gepasst. Mein Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Zagreber Dom. Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz. Beim Frühstück hat man einen schönen Blick auf den zentralen Platz (aus dem Erdgeschoss). Das Frühstück war solide.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war etwas altmodisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Nicht alle Zimmer haben einen Ausblick. Den Parkplatz muss man reservieren, er kostet 25 Euro pro Nacht, er ist nicht direkt am Hotel sondern 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt.
