A brilliant location in the heart of Zagreb town center with everything close by and would come back
Pros:

it was a brilliant location right in the heart of town and the view from our room just opposite the Main square with the Cathedral and the Dolac open air market... lots of bars, restaurants and shopping just a few steps away... Love this hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. we will definitely come back...

Cons:

cannot think of anything we didn't like....!! i would give this property a 9/10 ....

OK, but not really much like a 4*
Pros:

Great location on the main square - an easy walk to the train station and most sights.
Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Nice big room with comfortable bed.
Good selection and quality at breakfast.

Cons:

You could only use the sockets by the bed if you didn't want a bedside light.
The bar was closed on Saturday (because it was a bank holiday) and on Sunday (because they always close on Sundays). Not what we expect from a 4* hotel.
Our room barely had any natural light as the windows looked out onto an adjoining building no more than about 2 metres away.
