Nuit bruyante
Cons:

Le bon emplacement de l’hôtel nuit malheureusement à son image. En effet, étant situé en pleine zone piétonne, il est exposé au tapage nocturne auquel nous avons été exposé. Et comme il n’y avait pas de clim, nous avons dormi la fenêtre ouverte. Zagreb vivant aussi la nuit, je vous laisse deviner la bonne nuit que nous avons passée...

Easily the best located hotel.
Pros:

The best possible location in the centre of the city. Tram stop by the hotel, loads of bars and restaurants all round the hotel and nearby on the old upper area of the city. Very good breakfast offering.

Cons:

Could not really see any faults.

Location was great! Breakfast had good variety. View from our room was great as we looked out onto Ban Jelacic Square.

Cons:

Not a real fan of bath/shower combination. Room was a bit warm and we couldn't work out the aircon.

Cons:

The stay was disappointing due to poor staff behavior. When I requested a Europe Adaptor Mobile charger, the staff was not cooperative and simply advised me to purchase one from a shop outside the hotel instead of offering any assistance. This lack of basic support and hospitality negatively impacted the overall experience.Additionally, when I requested a water bottle, I was informed that it was not complimentary and I would have to pay for it. These basic service shortcomings negatively affected the overall experience.

Great location, great breakfast, and good sized room with seperate sitting area
Pros:

Great location - easy access to square and general walking. Staff pleasant. Great variety for breakfast, including great looking fresh fruit

Cons:

Very thin towels when arrived - when changed, better quality arrived. Limited power sockets - none in bathroom. Noise from area below - music at nights
