Very nicely beach resort on the beach, with nice rooms, nice pool area and nice beach area. Good variation of restaurants within walking distance. We did not bring kids, but it looks like the hotel has plenty of fun activities for children, including a fun kids’ pool area. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

スタッフの方々の素晴らしいご対応に心から感謝致します。秋間支配人自らおもてなしをして下さり、最高のサービスを受けられました。
正直なところ、繁華街からは少し離れていて不便さを感じる場面もありましたが、それを凌駕するだけの価値がこのホテルにはあります。
次回グアムに行く際も、他では無くこのホテルを利用したいと心から思いました。

不満な点が2点。

浴室の換気扇が動いていなかったので、部屋の湿度が90％くらいで室内の床がビショビショで滑って危険。

またフロントにあるバスの時間が間違っておりバスに乗り遅れたり、遠回りのルートを使うことになった。
具体的には赤いシャトルバスの時間が最新のものになっておらず、またDFSの無料バスの時間も間違っていた。
間違った時刻表を掲載するくらいなら、何も掲載しないで欲しかった。

ファミリールームはとても清潔で良いお部屋でしたがイスが有りません。テーブルのみでした。外で買ってきた軽食などベッドの上で食べるのでしょうか？サービスや施設など申し分のないホテルでしたがそこだけが謎でした。

お部屋はきれいで、眺めも最高！ビーチ、ショッピングモール、地元のレストラン(ホテルにも素敵なレストランとバーがあります)、どこへもアクセスしやすく、スタッフの皆さんはいつも明るくとてもやさしくて、最高の思い出ができました。朝ごはんも種類豊富でとても良かった！私はお味噌汁が特にお気に入りでした。またグアムに伺う時はクラウンプラザに泊まります☆ありがとうございました！

8月下旬に3泊で利用しました。空港からアクセスも良く、Tギャラリア方面、コンビニも歩いて行けるため買い物に不便しませんでした。
プールと海が目の前で、併設されているバーもお洒落！味もいいです。
日本は撤退してしまったハーゲンダッツカフェが施設内にあり、ショーケースを見るだけでもワクワクします（ボリュームがすごいので割高感は感じません）。

少し残念なところは、オーシャンビュールーム2階の部屋でしたが夜はお隣の部屋の声や物音が聞こえます。。。2日めの夜は突然水道管の不備らしき音が大きく響いて寝られなかったので部屋を変えていただきました。（その際は7Fのオーシャンビューの部屋で、とても静かなお部屋になりました）

タクシー手配やアクティビティ送迎の問い合わせ、日本語の対応もとてもスムーズで、スタッフの方々みなさんとても親切にしていただき、とても素敵な想い出の旅となりました。
次回も利用したいと思います！

Pros:

My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life!
The staff was extremely accommodating and we enjoyed the pool, beach activities, food, and everything else. I especially enjoyed the service at the Club Experience!
I will definitely come back to stay here again in the near future.
