Elegant and relaxinf stay in the Old Town
Pros:

Fantastic location and an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The staff was amazing and the rooms gorgeous with literally cloud like bedding! They offer free sauna access which was also quite elegant!

Et sjarmerende hotell med perfekt beliggenhet
Pros:

Et veldig hyggelig og velholdt hotell i gammel, historisk stil. Beliggenheten er perfekt i gamlebyen – sentralt, men litt utenfor Rådhusplassen og de mest turistpregede gatene, noe som gjorde oppholdet roligere og mer behagelig.

Servicen var veldig bra, og det unge personalet var både hyggelig, imøtekommende og profesjonelt. Frokosten var også et høydepunkt. Her kunne vi velge fra menyen og få nylaget mat, blant annet omelett og engelsk frokost, i tillegg til det som sto på frokostbuffeten.

Alt i alt et hotell vi gjerne anbefaler og gjerne kommer tilbake til!

One of the best hotel in Old town Tallinn
Pros:

Super comfort hotel. Location is excellent. Rooms comfortable. The staff is friendly. Breakfast very very good. The special attention is a restaurant. We had there the best dinner in our trip.

Localização, no coração do centro histórico, quarto grande e confortável, café da manhã variado e delicioso, e funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos.
Tudo maravilhoso!

Only the location

Cons:

1. The staff at the reception was quite rude. We tried to check-in in order to be able to go to our city tour and they told us that we needed to wait to go through a long process. We have already checked in online but they said that they haven’t received anything and we needed to do the process again.
2. At the breakfast they give you a menu where if you order certain dishes they are charging you extra even if the breakfast is included in the price that you have already paid. They never mentioned this to us so we needed to pay extra at the check in.
3. The dishes at the breakfast were quite cold when they arrive and it takes ages to bring your food.
4. The rooms are tiny. We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child) and we couldn’t move. This is a disgrace for a hotel that is charging €400 per night !!!
