Clean and beautiful

The best hotel experience I have ever had in LA. Everything is unbeatable: service, location, design. I loved every room I stayed in!

The entire staying experience at the property was superb this was my third time at the Prospect and I will be returning.
The staff was courteous, efficient and very welcoming.

Of all the hotels we have stayed at, large and small, this was by far the most intimate. The very friendly staff were truly amazing; with personal attention second to none. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Hollywood. (The location is perfect). Thanks!

I’ve been fortunate to stay at the Prospect on three occasions, and it still remains my favorite boutique hotel in Hollywood.
The rooms are each named after old Hollywood actors and each room has its own unique character and charm. The beds and furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The management, and hotel staff - front desk / valet / Housekeeping all ensure that each guest is welcomed with open arms! A special shout out to Kiki. She is kind and has a great demeanor for hospitality.
I highly reminded the Prospect!

Prinzipiell ein sehr nettes Hotel, schön eingerichtete Zimmer, gute Lage. Aber leider ist der Service nicht wirklich gut.... es wird einem wie in einem billigen Hotel in Vegas eine Resort Fee auf's Auge gedrückt.

We did not expect such a friendly atmosphere. The staff was terrific . Nathan especially took care of us. The room was great with such a comfortable bed.

The courtyards fire pit was cozy for pre/post dinner drinks. Our stay was like visiting with friends!

they said they'll give me a discount next time, meanwhile I had to book another room that was further away I lot precious time and overall it was an awful experience.

The stay was very memorable. We love the charm of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the outstanding service. Our flight was delayed and we couldn’t arrive until 1 am, but someone was waiting for us and prepped everything so we could get to bed as soon as possible. It’s in a great location walkable to many neighborhoods, or a 10 minute drive to others. The Prospect is always going to be our hotel of choice when we visit LA.

I have been here twice now, three years apart, and it is just as lovely the second time as it was my first visit. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The decor is beautiful and well maintained. The courtyard is lush and welcoming. On one of my past trips to the area, I stayed at comparably priced hotel nearby as The Prospect was booked. The place was ok but did not come close to measuring up to The Prospect in terms of ambiance and helpfulness of the staff. I just love it and will definitely be back. There is really no where else I'd rather stay.

I was a great experience. This was our second stay at the Prospect to be able to walk to the Hollywood Bowl. The staff was exceedingly friendly, service-oriented, and helpful. They charged our car overnight for a reasonalbe fee making it easy to drive our EV to Los Angeles. The morning coffee and snacks were greatly appreciated. We will stay there again.

My wife and I stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room for 5 days, 4 nights. We loved the ambience, service and amenities of the hotel. Staff members were helpful and courteous. We have no negatives or complaints regarding our experience. We will return and refer others!

The Prospect is my new favorite hotel in LA. I stayed in 2 rooms (loved it so much I extended my trip) and both were gorgeous. The lobby and courtyard are beautiful, peaceful, and wonderful to spend time in. I love that the Prospect is elegant yet tucked away on a side street so it feels somewhat more like a really nice apartment building than a hotel. The one request I have for the future is to add some savory dairy-free options at breakfast; having a lactose allergy, I could eat the fruit but none of the delicious looking pastries or quiche. The customer service was also flawless - friendly, genuine, intelligent, helpful, and great to chat with. Special shoutout to Key at the front desk who is the best, most helpful concierge on earth - I don't know how he does it all! I will be back as often as possible.
