Pros:

It is a clam and peaceful place to stay. The property has two sides. It has been cut off by public road. The pool near the beach is so nice and good for all ages.

Cons:

We stayed on the high floor villa. The room is equipped but some locks are malfunction. Our senior traveler couldn’t get out from the toilet.

Relaxing place with understated luxury
Pros:

It has been our first stay at the resort. Simply said we had a wonderful time.

The resort is located directly at the beach, completely peaceful and quiet. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa, which is well designed and really a nice play to stay.

However, we had some maintenance issues, which were taken care of by the staff. We were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which we gladly accepted. The newer 2 bedroom pool villa was incredibly nice and of high quality.

I would especially like to mention the recepionist Mrs. Tao as well as the hotel managemend. They were always polite, friendly and willing to help.

Breakfast was absolutely fine, and the kindness of the personell there has to be mentioned as well...

Overall we had a very nice time there. This is one the most relaxing places we have ever seen...

A wonderful stay
Pros:

This was my first stay here, and I’m so glad I decided to come! I had just purchased the V Escape Pass and used my birthday benefit for a “stay 1 night, get 1 night free” offer. It couldn’t be better value than this!

The room was spacious, with a large balcony where I could sit, enjoy the cool breeze, and relax while taking in the view of the swimming pool and even the sea. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights is the swimming pool nestled under the shade of a huge tree, as well as the beautiful beachfront, with its long stretch of white sandy beach extending as far as the eye can see.

I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s truly a wonderful place to stay!

On top of that, I also had the chance to enjoy a spa treatment, including an Aroma Massage. The therapist was incredibly skilled and professional. The massage was so relaxing that I ended up booking another session for the following day! It was the perfect way to unwind and made my entire stay feel truly complete and relaxing.

And lastly, I would also like to give a special compliment to the security staff at the parking area, as he made a wonderful first impression of the hotel. The staff member on duty between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on 12 Aug was extremely alert, attentive, and proactive. He warmly welcomed us and made a genuine effort to help us find a parking space.

Unwind in Paradise-Stunning Pool & Exceptional Service!
Pros:

We had an incredible stay! The absolute highlight is the infinity pool overlooking the ocean And then a private pool in your own room again overlooking ocean. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Perfect spot for a peaceful beachfront escape. Amazing staff, especially Gig at the front desk.

Can't wait to come back!

Top family oriented lux resort
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Veranda Resort. The combination of ultra professional and friendly staff, customer oriented hospitality and very luxury accommodation resulted in a stay we will not forget as a family with two kids of 3 and 6. The boys were also spoiled by staff: the pool, the room, the breakfast… you made our memories In Thailand very warm. They had a fantastic time!
Special shout out to Fon, Gig and Amp for their hospitality!!

Excellent Staff and Warm Hospitality
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay here. The highlight of our trip was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only downside was that our room faced the road, so the view was not as nice as we had expected. However, the excellent service and warm hospitality from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return in the future.

Kids loved it. Will be going back.
Pros:

Great Pool and Trees around the pool. Situated on a nice stretch of beach with access to good food in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a couple of hours from Bangkok.

Cons:

Parts of the hotel were a little worn but easily fixable. Breakfast area was a bit small and couldn't fully accommodate high occupancy making it a very busy breakfast.

Great stay
Pros:

Every staff member we came across were above and beyond. Thank you to everyone. Lovely place and lovely staff. Thank you to Lop, Aek, Mhew, Cream, and Fon. Also to the female manager who checked us in. When we lost a bag on a taxi, they did everything to help us get it back. Jesus bless you guys.

De badkamer was erg vol met een bad en de wastafel in een nis en het toilet tegenover de douche, was vrij krap.
