A cozy hotel with an excellent location
Pros:

A cozy hotel in a quiet area in the old town. The location is very good: the hotel is quite close to the port, train station, and city center. Tram 2 from the airport stops just a few meters from the hotel.
The rooms are not spacious, but they are nice and bright. The beds are very comfortable.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am especially grateful to the reception staff for giving us a room on the third floor with a magnificent view of the old town, and for all their help. I truly appreciate it.
The breakfasts are good. Thank you, Natalia, for creating such a cozy atmosphere.
This hotel has a unique old-town charm, while at the same time all the facilities are modern and well maintained.

Perfekte Lage, wenn einem die Zimmergröße egal ist

Die Lage ist super, das Hotel war sauber
Wir haben in La Boulangerie gefrühstückt, das kann man auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Schlafsofa unbequem. Durch die nicht abgetrennte Dusche, schwimmt der ganze Raum, kann man zwar abziehen, aber es ist trotzdem alles feucht

La pire expérience!

L'expérience avec cet hôtel s'est avérée affreuse, car l'hôtel Rija Old Town Hotel a annulé ma réservation sans mon accord!
Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel le jour prévu de mon enregistrement à 21 h, mais la réception a refusé de me loger, affirmant que ma réservation était annulée et qu'il n'y avait plus de chambres disponibles!
On m'a littéralement chassée de l'hôtel!!! Je devais me retrouver dans une ville inconnue, en pleine nuit! C'est inadmissible!!! Et c'est précisément la police de Tallinn qui m'a apporté de l'aide avec mon hébergement! Un tout grand merci aux deux policiers qui sont venus à mon secours!!!
Je conteste formellement le statut de "non-présentation" car je me suis présentée à l'établissement avant la fin de la journée calendaire de mon arrivée. Malheureusement, l'hôtel n'a pas pu me joindre par téléphone le jour même en raison de problème de réseau à la frontière et problème technique de mon téléphone. Par contre, une semaine avant mon arrivée, l'hôtel a été prévenu par téléphone que mon heure d'arrivée était incertaine et potentiellement tardive en raison du passage de la frontière (hors UE), mais que je serais là! L'hôtel avait pris note de cette information! Il s'agit donc d'un cas de surréservation de la part de l'hôtel qui a revendu ma chambre à d'autres clients!

Pros:

Ottima posizione per visitare la Old Town City e per raggiungere l'aeroporto e altri mezzi pubblici. Personale della colazione molto disponibile e accogliente. La vista sulla Chiesa di Sant'Olav é molto caratteristica.

Cons:

La camera era un poco troppo piccola così come il bagno ed in 3 si faceva fatica a muoversi. Buona colazione ma un poco carente nella sezione dolci per chi non gradisce il salato nella prima mattinata

Gute Lage am Rande der Altstadt, aber sehr kleines Zimmer.

Sehr gut am Rande der Altstadt gelegen.

Cons:

Das Dreibettzimmer und das dazugehörige Bad ist sehr klein. Auf dem Einzelbett kann man als Erwachsener kaum schlafen.

Gutes Frühstück und Top Lage am Rand der Altstadt. Altes Haus sehr schön modernisiert.

Cons:

Aufgrund des alten Baustils sind die modernisierten Zimmer teilweise sehr klein.
