Für mich war alles rund
Pros:

Die Lage und der Preis bin schon mehrmals dort gewesen . Diesmal war leider nicht perfekt gereinigt und der Föhn hatte auch gefehlt sonst war es immer perfekt

Großes komfortables Zimmer
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer und sehr sauber.

Leider sehr hellhörig.
Man konnte jede zufallende Tür, Stimmen und Schritte von anderen Gästen im Gang hören.

Schönes Hotel mit großen, stilvoll eingerichteten Zimmern, Gesamteindruck durch MA getrübt

Stilvoll eingerichtete große Zimmer mit Riesenbett indem man sehr gut schlafen konnte. Das Frühstück war opulent mit einer reichhaltigen Auswahl.
Ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel. Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen.

Cons:

Kein Check in Parkplatz bzw. ausgewiesener Stellplatz, überall Schilder Halteverbot Feuerwehrzufahrt.

Fast nur englischsprachige Mitarbeiter in der Reception mit wenigen Deutschkenntnissen und das mitten in Deutschland. Auf meine Bitte, ob diese nicht auch Deutsch sprechen können, damit meine Frau es auch verstehen kann, kam die Antwort JA, Aber nichtsdestotrotz 2 Sätze später wieder voll ins Englische verfallen.

Nach Erhalt der Parkkarte, Frage meinerseits, komme ich damit immer raus, Antwort: Du kommst immer raus. Das Du hatte ich diesem Mitarbeiter nicht angeboten, wollte mich nach der langen Fahrt auch nicht weiter aufregen. Bei der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz diese Karte genommen und kein Schlagbaum geht auf. Habe dann eine neue Karte gezogen, damit ich zufahren konnte. Diese wichtige Information hätte vom Mitarbeiter beim Check-In kommen sollen. So musste man das selbst herausfinden.
Unverständlich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, warum hat man keine Parkkarte mit RFID-Chip?

Am zweiten Tag kamen wir um die Mittagszeit ins Hotel zurück und siehe da, alle beide von uns gebuchten Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Runter zur Reception, Antwort vom Mitarbeiter. Check-out ist 11 Uhr. Nur wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Oh, sorry Zimmerkarten wieder aktiviert.

Wie man so schön sagt, aller guten Dinge sind 3.
Check-out am letzten Tag. Wieder nur ein englischsprachiger Mitarbeiter. Bei der Ausfahrt vom Parkplatz ging der Schlagbaum mit der Ausfahrtkarte nicht, obwohl weit vor der letzten Check-out Zeit wir dran waren. Also auch schon deaktiviert. Zum Glück hatte unser Klingeln am Schlagbaum dann Erfolg.

Cons:

Der Siphon in unserem Zimmer war defekt und hat den Boden im Bad überschwemmt. Da wir abends weg mussten, baten wir, kurz nachdem wir dies festgestellt hatten, darum dies zu reparieren oder das Zimmer zu tauschen. Uns wurde angeboten das Zimmer nachts um 3 Uhr zu tauschen, da das personal unsere Dinge nicht in ein neues Zimmer verbringen konnte, wir aber keine Zeit hatten dies noch vor unserem geschäftlichen Termin zu machen.... Wir empfanden dies als sehr unflexibel und unkooperativ

Die Lage und die Ruhe haben mir sehr git gefallen. Konnte in der Lounge eine Zigarre geniessen.

Das Frühstück bot alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Abwechsung im Restaraunt könnte besser sein. Das Personal im Restaurant ist aussergewöhnlich freundlich.
