Kvaliteten af værelset.

Cons:

Parkeringsmuligheder - her var kun parkering med betaling, og det kostede 17 euro for en nat. Man anvises ikke anden mulighed, og vi så heller ikke andre muligheder på vores gåtur i området.
Prisen bør oplyses ved bestilling eller inkluderet i værelsesprisen.

Pros:

Det ligger ikke lang fra motorvejen, meget rolig og man kunne ikke høre trafikken fra motorvejen. Morgenmaden var super samt sengene.

Definitely do not recommend – total disrespect for the customer and lack of a correct invoice

Very poor communication with the property and complete disregard for the guest after check-out. For almost two months, I have been asking for a correct invoice issued with my company's details instead of Booking.com's details. The property generated an incorrect document and since then has not responded to any emails, while reaching them by phone is virtually impossible.

Even an intervention by Booking.com brought no results – the property ignored their reminders as well. This violates basic customer service standards and accounting obligations.

If you need a company invoice for tax purposes – stay far away from this place, or you will be left to deal with the problem alone. Due to their refusal to issue a correct tax document, this matter is being reported to the relevant Tax Office in Germany and the European Consumer Centre. I strongly advise against staying here!

Pros:

Makkelijk te bereiken vanaf de snelweg op doorreis.

Cons:

Er was geen wc papier op de kamer en er stond een stofzuiger op de hal voor onze kamer. Erg gehorig op de gang. Bij het diner bijna geen mogelijkheden en erg prijzig.

Maga a szállás és az ott tartózkodás élménye tökéletesen megfelelő volt.

Az előzetes jelzés ellenére sem a helyszínen sem utólag emailben nem kaptam meg a számlát. Többszöri sikertelen kapcsolatfelvételt követően a bookinggal vettem fel a kapcsolatot és utána voltak hajlandóak megküldeni végre emailben.

Royaal ontbijt. Parkeren ruimte genoeg voor auto met aanhanger. Op verzoek een slaapkamer met zicht op parkeerterrein.
