Cons:

Muy pequeña y oscura la habitación. Está en un semisótano. Y el baño super pequeño.
Demasiado pequeño para 4 Personas.
Pensaba que tendría una zona común de cocina, con un frigorífico por lo menos y un microondas como muchos hostels

Das Zimmer hat mir insgesamt gut gefallen. Es war sauber und alles Wichtige für eine Nacht war vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Fenster im Zimmer ist defekt. Man kann es nicht kippen, wohl weit öffnen. Wenn man allerdings als Frau allein in dem Zimmer in der 1. Etage ist, mag man es nicht gern komplett öffnen. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen musste ich dies aber tun. Das war mir allerdings nicht so angenehm.

Für mich unverständlich, dass es nicht möglich war, bei der Hitze die Jalousien runter zu lassen. Zimmer verwandelte sich in eine Sauna, zum Glück konnte ich den letzten Ventilator ergattern.

Ich bin absolut begeistert! Das Hostel ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Rezeptionistin Yasmin ist ein Schatz – so lieb und hilfsbereit! Dank ihr habe ich das System der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Hamburg sofort verstanden. Sie hatte auch super Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Vielen lieben Dank! Ich bin zu 100 % zufrieden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Frukosten var av god kvalitet även om det inte fanns jättemycket att välja på. Kaffet var gott och pannkaksmaskinen gav goda pannkakor.

Cons:

Vi fick börja med att gå och byta smutsig handduk och kudde. Städningen var inte ordentligt gjord och rummet var trångt. Barnsängarna var obekväma.

Clean room a super nice and helpful.
Pros:

Twin room was small but clean and enough for our overnight stay. What was absolutely amazing are personal, from receptionists (especially Ahmed) to janitors they are all super nice, friendly and helpful. We definitely come back.

Cons:

Lack of air-conditioning, but that's usual at Germany.
