Internet péssima no 14º andar, o que foi reportado à recepção, que prometeu enviar um técnico, mas nada foi feito. Chuveiro difícil de regular a temperatura. Quarto com pouca iluminação, ruim para trabalhar.

internet muito ruim, ainda mais que viajei a trabalho. E vi outras pessoas reclamando disso também. Água do chuveiro não estava quente. No quarto não tinha luz no teto, só um abajur e led na cabeceira da cama. Pelo preço q paguei e o que o hotel ofereceu, achei que não valeu a pena. Toalhas velhas também.

Vazamento no banheiro, limo nos azulejos do banheiro, cortinas rasgadas e empoeiradas, toalhas velhas e sujas, equipe ciente e me disseram que era assim mesmo, que vários também reclamam. Tudo péssimo
