Excellent and if I return to Sorrento this is where I would be returning to.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who could not do enough to make our stay a pleasure. The hotel is a beautiful and grand accommodation which is centrally located to the best Sorrento has to offer.

Cons:

Nothing really. My wife and I had a lovely time which is all that we could ask for.

Amazing Everything!! Best stay in Sorrento
Pros:

Property is huge and has all the amenities like pool, beach club, bar,, gym, large rooms etc.
Location is outstanding! Views galore up and down the coast! Staff were so friendly and helpful!!
I would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic place with great staff who are happy to help with whatever you need.
Pros:

The decor was amazing! The facilities fantastic. We stayed there with our kid and our parents and everyone was able to relax, and do what they wanted.

Great hotel choice for location and facilities. Just a bit expensive for drinks and food
Pros:

We loved our stay at Grand Hotel Royal and Sorrento. The private beach, pool and evening music made our stay memorable

Cons:

The pricing for drinks and food is quite high and the choice of shared snacks is limited. We would have loved to be able to order a charcuterie board to snack on with a glass of wine

Fabulous fantastic wonderful Hotel !
Pros:

Had the most perfect time at the Royal, from the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly and attentive. The Hotel is beautiful, italian marble and modern facilities. We were upgraded from a luxury suite to a Royal Junior suite with a view and Jacuzzi which made our stay even more incredible. The Pool is large and beautiful, great sunbeds and Beach area too is fabulous , the staff on Beach area and Beach Restaurant their were so attentive and worked so hard to make our stay memorable. Bring your snorkels as we did this everyday and saw good range of fish. I was here with my Husband and 13 year old son and he was not bored and loved it. We were so sad to leave but we will be back
