Pros:

A wonderful experience. The front desk staff were friendly helpful, courteous and accommodating, the room was excellent, the location, setting and the view were all first rate.

Cons:

The only drawback was the wait staff on the terrace and restaurant for lunch were very slow to serve and fulfill orders. I and other guests noticed this

Sorrento for our anniversary
Pros:

The hotel is classic Napoletano /Roman decor . Directly on the cliff overlooking the bay of Naples. The pool was very nice but too cold to go in.. it was October.
The Manager was just wonderful and marco and Guistina were soooo amazing . We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous worth every penny hotel.
We cannot wait to come again.

5 stars, incredible, blew us away!

This hotel is top notch. Worth every penny! The location is perfect. Short walk into town. The entire property is absolutely stunning. It’s very well maintained. The views!! It does not get better than this. We would just sit and admire every day. Beautiful pool, beautiful lemon trees. Great service. The bar staff makes great drinks. Breakfast included is a nice perk. They have a full juice bar, any kind of pastry and fruit imaginable, fresh eggs, etc. The front desk is very helpful with any questions. The maids came twice a day everyday. Could not say enough good things!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay for a few days, however very expensive. Breakfast made up for negative issues.

Great / perfect location. Very nice. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Shower in room. Step over to enter was very high. For older adults, almost was a safety issue for slipping and fall. For Mr, I could hardly lift my legs up that high to step over the side.

Relaxing Property
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the off season, but still enjoyed the dock. Note that like many places in this area, the "beach" is a dock, not sand (I think it is worth mentioning as it may not be obvious to some). We enjoyed the great location - walking distance to Sorrento center while also being tucked away for tranquility. The room was beautiful, and cleaning took place multiple times per day. It was very convenient and relaxing as part of our trip.

Cons:

Landscaping (aka palm trees) blocked some of the view of Mount Vesuvius from the room. I would rather have had an unobstructed view!

Rooms, grounds, hotel services were all 5 star. Great location walkable to town all all that offers
Ate dinner once and breakfast buffet a couple of times were where it fell short of 5 stars. The food itself was a buffet style but cut up hot dogs for breakfast sausage kind of say “really a 5 star hotel serving hotdogs for breakfast?
