Pros:

小学生の子連れで宿泊しましたが、お部屋は広く、ベッド&畳に布団という組み合わせで、とても過ごしやすかったです。シャワーの水圧も問題なく、部屋の中に洗濯機の他、乾燥機もあり、使いたいタイミングで使えるのが嬉しいですね。小さなキッチンと冷蔵庫もあり、長期ステイにもおすすめです。周囲には、コンビニやモスバーガーなど割と近くにあるので、便利です。アメリカンビレッジへも歩いて行ける距離ですが、歩くと若干距離があるので車で行くのがおすすめです。

I love the property. Spacious and very clean. My concern is the bed itself, very hard and couldnt have a good night sleep. Very close to most places you wanted to go.

Pros:

地點很安靜、房間很乾淨，地板是木地板，很喜歡。方便洗衣、烘衣。步行可以到美國村，但美國村的消費好貴。
飯店附近也有多家餐廳可以選擇，反而價格比較平易近人。
入住的第二天，還在房間欣賞到了美國村的煙火。

乾燥機もありとてもよかったですがものによってはかけたくないものもあったので物干し用品ももう少しあるとよりいいかな、と感じました。

家族4人での利用。無料駐車場付き。部屋は充分な広さで、霧ヶ峰のエアコン、縦型洗濯機、衣類用ガス乾燥機（1時間もあれば乾く）、掃除機、電子レンジ、炊飯器、ミニキッチンなど設備が最高だった。
三泊四日で、タオルは人数x２日分で、足りない時は自分で洗濯乾燥して使うスタイル。ゴミ箱が一杯になったら自分で一階外のゴミ置き場へ運ぶ。

個人的に一押しなのはガス乾燥機付きであること。汗だくになった服をすぐ洗濯して乾燥させて、次の日には着れる。着替えは1日分あれば足りると思った。
乾燥機運転中でも部屋はほとんど暑くならなかったのもよかった。
