Toilet took a long time to fill with lots of dripping noises
We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional

Location and spacious room
Hotel is looking tired and needs a revamp. Both smoke detectors in room were missing. Toilet cistern very slow filling and noisy. No ramp for people to pull luggage to reception, have to carry luggage. TV is very small for room size.
There was a pipe dripping something on my car but staff was very helpful to sort it out.

The place is very good, however we experienced the following minor challenges
1. Carpet floor, some of my fellow mates have chronic respiratory conditions, so they were slightly affected
2. Cleanliness and toiletries were a little bit decorating almost everyday.
They noted my request however when I got there they could not got units next to each other. There was people in the unit between

Ficamos no quarto H4 e tinha problemas da sanita, não evacuava os resíduos devidamente, mas depois trocamos para H12.
The only thing I liked was the views and the location.
Everything other than the location we did not like. The reception was extremely bad. The apartment. Number 16 was in a poor condition. The carpet are not in good shape. The kitchen drawers are loose. The water ceiling fire spray are broken. We got sick on the sushi. The restaurant manager gave us no help. I did not get a refund for our bad sushi. We left the hotel without staying the one night . Not a good experience at all.
