Excellent location in the middle of town. Large room and clean and comfortable with a better than average breakfast.

Cons:

Tv is split between two rooms. Yes, it swivels but very weird setup. The couch is very uncomfortable

It did the job. I just won’t book here again.

Cons:

The room was just dirty. Hair in the bathtub along with grime. Cold, couldn’t get the bathroom to stay warm. But everything was decent just the bathroom was gross.

The overall impression is that the hotel felt 'tired'.
Pros:

Beds and the room were comfortable. The pool and hot tub etc. were great.

Cons:

The door to the room would not open properly. It took several tries and maneuvering to get it to open. Also, the wall thermostat was not working. We needed to operate the controls on the unit itself. The room was usually too hot. The breakfast menu was limited and lacked fresh fruit.

We had a good stay!
Pros:

Location was great to the downtown area. The rooms are NICE AND CLEAN!!!
Friendly staff.

Cons:

I feel like they should serve coffee longer in the morning,even after breakfast service is over. We don't do breakfast always- coffee would have been nice. Just went to McDonald's instead!

Cons:

Our shower door ( room #220) would not stay shut. Pool super cold for mid winter break. We had no toilet paper and had to ask for more and only
1 roll for all of us girls. No Kleenex in box. Know they can’t control noise - loud the second and I swear a big boy person on 3 rd floor - woke me up 5 am and heavy loud waking until 6:40. Seriously thought ceiling might cave in😮

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. The facility was clean and tidy. I normally travel a lot for work, so I frequently stay in hotels, but I found the staff here really stood out to me for how they treated my wife and I.

Cons:

I'm grasping for something to put here in the negative column, so if I were to put anything, I would say that there was only one elevator. This was never a problem, and the hotel has only 3 floors, but that's the worst I can come up with.
