Niemand bij de receptie was dicht iemand uit Oekraïne moesten we bellen hijwas hulp in het hotel zonder personeel hij kon niet communiceren heel veel lawaai in het hotel hebben bij hem geklachtkon niets doen .Er was niemand in het hotel voor aanspraak

Verder het verblijf en de accomodatie prima. Bed voor mij iets te zacht maar dat is persoonlijk .

Ontbijt werd niet aangeboden. Op 1oo mtr + daarvoor goede horen a-opties. Locatie dichtbij Kurhaus en boulevard, Westbroekpark en met OV voor de deur en directe omgeving ook goed met Centrum Den Haag verbonden.

Dat Booking.com aangeeft dat receptie tot 19:00 geopend (bemand) is terwijl hotel zelf tot 18:00 aangeeft en in de praktijk bij mijn aankomst ro d 17:00 er niemand was en een bij de toegang aangegeven telefoon nummer gebeld moest worden! Eerst dan wordt gezegd dat ze Booking.com gzullen contacten om mij een toegangscode te laten doorgeven, ik dat niet accepteerde en direct die code wilde, geen zin had verder buiten te wachten als onacceptabel, en toen, na opgave van mijn naam en kennelijke verificatie van de boeking inderdaad direct de code kreeg.
