Colazione ottima, abbondante e completa (salato e dolce); posizione comoda da raggiungere non ci sono ztl che interferiscono e con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge il mare passando per in centro di Riccione.

Le stanze sono comode e ben insonorizzate anche se la struttura è vicina alla stazione e ogni tanto si sente passare un treno che comunque non disturba. Comodala posizione della struttura. Parcheggio interno (a pagamento) ma nei dintorni vi sono molti parcheggi non a pagamento
