Rooms were clean and air conditioning was great. Pool was fab and plenty of sunbeds and sun umbrellas available daily. Breakfast was very nice.

Staff gentile, ottimo cibo. Parcheggio gratuito.

There were two staff in the bar on an evening who were amazing unfortunately I don’t know their names . All the other staff were utterly ignorant

Had a really lovely stay at this hotel with my adult daughter. We were grateful to receive a ready prepared meal on arrival at almost midnight... delicious. The room was clean and spacious with a view of the hills and countryside. The food was excellent... especially all the traditional desserts and fresh fish. We had a minor issue with the rain showerhead which wet the floor when in use but this will be easily rectified. The main issue for us was that we were only supplied with 4 mini poor quality shampoo, no conditioner at all and no body wash. We didn't mind buying our own but it seemed stingy for what is otherwise an excellent 4 * hotel. Be prepared because there is no local shop.! The drinks were reasonably priced so mostly our money went on taxis -- 30 euros a time into Sorrento. Although the free shuttle was an option, we often needed to start our day earlier than the first bus leaving at 9 am. We thought the staff were lovely and helpful and a special mention goes to Giuseppe in the restaurant for his friendliness. We loved the coffee at breakfast and of course the incredible views. We were additionally grateful that we were permitted to keep our room for a few extra hours on our final day for a fee. Thank you for a lovely hotel experience.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff and loved the food. It’s a bit outside sorrento but they have a free shuttle bus (no service between 1 and 4).
Plenty of sun beds, hardly no one put their towels out reserving a bed.
Plenty of selection for breakfast. The orange juice was a bit hit and miss.
If you paid for the half board option you are able to swap your evening meal for the lunch meal which has nice seating area by the pool.
It’s the same menu both for the evening meal and lunch which you have a three course meal.
At lunch time you have an additional snack menu where you can pick one thing from it plus have a dessert.
This is better if you have children or picky eaters. The snack menu had pizzas, burgers, toasted sandwiches,,,,
We did this most of the time as our teenager didn’t like anything from the three course menu. We would go into sorrento in the evening and have a light snack or ice cream.
There isn’t a supermarket close by but we had a mini bar with water, cola, Fanta and beer. Would have liked a diet soda option. The drinks were well priced. Three euros for a can or a large bottle of water.
A lovely hotel with amazing views. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We have just returned from a two week stay for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. From our arrival to departure, every single member of staff treated us like a VIP. From bringing our cases to the room on arrival, to delivering drinks on an evening when we were tired the team showed that nothing was too much. We stayed on a half board basis which allowed us to swap our evening meal for lunch. We did this most days and every meal was excellent.
The pool area of the hotel is also well kept and with plentiful sunbeds. With many using this as a base for further exploration, the pool area was never too busy.
The hotel was kept very clean with a daily cleaning service.
The courtesy shuttle bus was a welcome addition, with a reliable and prompt service.
We enjoyed every moment of our stay and extend our thanks for a memorable trip.

Dirty,musty, moldy rooms. Makes it all very uncomfortable. Location it ok but most rooms don’t get a view. They charge for the bottles and cans in the fridge but says know where in the room that they do. Staff are nice and the dinner was good. If this wasn’t the hotel the tour we were on told us to be at there’s no way we would’ve stayed at this place.
