Pros:

All staff members were friendly and helpful. The 2 housekeeping ladies were excellent. They were very helpful and attentive and the rooms were always clean.

Cons:

I would have expected the option to request fresh omlettes at breakfast and some of the Moroccan bread was hard and needed to be warmed up. Also, the mint tea was not topped up and was cold. Also, one night, we ordered room service and the chicken escalope was undercooked. There was no furniture on the balcony and I would have liked to have sat outside.

​Pasamos unos días increíbles en el hotel Hivernage y no tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para todo el equipo.
​Ubicación: Sencillamente la mejor de Marrakech. Está en una zona fantástica, segura y súper cómoda para moverse y explorar la ciudad.
​Servicio y Trato: El personal es excepcional. Desde la llegada hasta la salida, el trato fue impecable, cálido y sumamente profesional. Te hacen sentir como en casa.
​Desayuno: Un buffet espectacular, variado y con productos de muchísima calidad. La mejor forma de empezar el día.
​En resumen, un servicio excelente en todos los sentidos. Lo recomiendo al 100% y, sin duda, volveremos a repetir en nuestro próximo viaje. Hiba y Hakima siempre atentas a nuestras necesidades con todo detalle. Felicidades a la dirección por contar con dos profesionales como ellas en su equipo, tienen por delante un futuro profesional sin límite!!! Everything was fantastic!! I can’t say not even one bad thing about the hotel. Hakima our Consierge made sure we had everything we need whenever we needed, she’s the best!!! ☺️

Chambre propre , l’odeur dans l’hôtel nauséabond

Cons:

Beaucoup trop cher service médiocre il faut se lever pour ce service le thé lol à 220 euro la nuit on se croirait dans un première classe

Pros:

while the staff was kind and attentive, the property itself felt outdated. Several areas clearly need maintenance. My room had a broken door, and the towels were old and worn, which isn’t what you expect from a hotel in this category. With some updates and better upkeep, it could offer a much better experience.
