An excellent hotel with a perfect location, outstanding service, and genuine care for its guests.
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The location was absolutely perfect very central and extremely safe, with police presence right outside at all times. It is situated on a main road, which made everything very convenient.

The service was truly outstanding. During our stay, we experienced a medical issue, and the hotel immediately called a doctor for us in the middle of the night. The entire staff was informed and constantly checked on us to see how we were doing. They even brought us fruit to our room. The care and attention we received from everyone were exceptional.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with very nice rooms, a great breakfast, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

A lot of noise, very bad smell, can’t sleep and all the furniture and room old and not so nice

It’s hard to say.. Everything has an old style, nothing new.. the swimming pool is nice but always without sun

A lot of noise and bad smell, bad smell in all the building, in the rooms.. and a lot of Noise.. you for sure can’t sleep well, noise from outside coming from street but also from the AC generator and also from inside: since 8am in the morning the cleaning room lady were making a lot of noise and you can’t sleep no more, it seems that they were fighting with furniture.. moving this old stuff on the ground and making so much noise. Very very bad. Bad also about the morning breakfast.. not a lot of choice, terrible coffee!

Pros:

Le confort et l'endroit

Cons:

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en raison de sa situation, de son stanging mais également de son rooftop.

Notre surprise fut immense car nous avons découvert en arrivant que le rooftop était fermé pour cause de travaux, nous n'avons pas été prévenus.
Ces mêmes travaux ont occasionné de nombreux bruits dans la chambre toute la journée et même très tôt le matin.
De plus la propreté de la chambre n'était pas parfaite.

Nous demandons un remboursement partiel de notre séjour pour la gène occasionnée.

Pros:

Hotel très agréable. Situation idéale. Petit-déjeuner tout-à-fait exceptionnel. Bon Restaurant. Personnel aux petits soins. Le meilleur hammam que je connaisse. Très bons massages. Notre chambre était confortable assez luxueuse et très propre. Belle piscine.

Cons:

Le salon de coiffure est vraiment moche. Pas du tout au même niveau que l’hôtel. Le coiffeur a du mérite de travailler dans de telles conditions.
