Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberes großes Erkerzimmer. Leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer benötigen ein Update.
Bett an den Kanten mit Gaffa verklebt (bei meiner Kollegin im Zimmer ebenso).

Perfect family run hotel close to all amenities
Pros:

Once again when we visit Frankfurt we stay at the Florentina. The hotel staff were brilliant as ever, our room , 41, was generous in size and spotlessly clean and brilliant views of the city skyline.
We will be back I can't recommend it enough.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, great air conditioning and a lovely breakfast — I’ll definitely stay again.
Pros:

This was my second stay at Hotel Villa Florentina and it was just as good as the first. The hotel is very clean, the staff are always pleasant and welcoming, and the air conditioning was excellent, which made the room very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely as well, with a good choice and everything fresh and well presented. I would happily stay here again.

Nothing to complain about.

Pros:

Man hat sich von Anfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, dass findet man noch sehr selten. Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es wird immer alles nachgefüllt. Es gibt auch einen Garten, den wir abends bei dem warmen Wetter nutzen konnte. Auch dort wurde man dann noch mit Getränken versorgt.
