Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel was its location, especially its proximity to the bench. Other than that, the experience was terrible. The hotel service was extremely poor, and the waiter’s service was particularly bad. The room also had a horrible smell and was not pleasant to stay in. I would definitely not book this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Cons:

The service was terrible. It felt like they only cared about making money and had no understanding or compassion for people who were having a difficult day, especially when their flight had been cancelled. The staff showed very little empathy or willingness to help, which made an already stressful situation even worse.

Une très belles expérience
Pros:

Personnelles très gentille bien accueilli a la réception le petit déjeuner a améliorer (le buffet).Le staff est top a l écoute et très serviable. Les barman sont très sympa. Merci a toute l équipe de beach club.je recommande

Cons:

La direction doit interdire les gens qui mettent les serviettes sur les transats. Pendant 3 a 4h beaucoup place était libre pendant quelques heures qu on pouvait pas utiliser. Réservé par d autre client.
