Pros:

Emplacement extraordinaire personnels de qualité exceptionnelle et professionnelle il ya avait un problème de parking les chambres sont propres le suivi d'entretien était toujours opportun j'espère revenir une autre fois

Parking trop plein manque d'espace pour garer les voitures des clients les gardiens mettent un certain privilège des clients par rapport autres les restaurants fermés parfois ils ne travaillent que le week-end

Les chambres sont grandes et propres

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu le couchage pour les enfants malgré qu’à l’accueil ils nous ont dit qu’ils allaient nous le remettre.
La piscine, le bar nécessitent un rafraîchissement
Le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qui a été annoncé, j’ai pas aimé les repas proposés.( les boissons et l’eau à payer à part lors du dîner en demi pension)

Het zit letterlijk aan het strand en je hebt een snackzaak van het hotel tussen het strand en het hotel, dat is het enige voordeel. Wel prijzig, frisdrank blikje 60dh.

Cons:

Personeel doet enkel bare minimum als je niet tipt (denk aan schoonmaak, parkeren, bagagekar, serveerders bij ontbijt), dus als je hierheen komt wees bereid te tippen voor comfortabel verblijf. Ook is het ontbijtbuffet echt chaos en vies. Een budgethotel-dierentuin. Eitjes en msemen vers, en daar blijft het wel bij. Als je met kinderen komt en ze graag los wilt laten op een buffet waarbij dingen die op de grond zijn gevallen teruggelegd worden dan vooral hierheen gaan. De kamers zitten vol mieren en muggen en enorm verouderd. Letterlijk scheuren in de muur. Geen kakkerlakken gelukkig. En vooral niet het drukke verkeer op de boulevard vergeten. Plus er staat ook parkeergelegenheid maar als je geen fooi geeft zegt de parkeerwacht dat er geen plek is en laat vervolgens anders auto’s met fooitjes wel door. Parkeren heeft ons hierom ook veel gekost.

Le personnel est sympa, l’emplacement est top

Cons:

Je trouve que cet hôtel n’est pas un 4 étoiles !!! En effet, les infrastructures et les chambres n’étaient pas top. Très vieillottes, le pommeau de douche et le flexibles étaient cassés !!! J’ai dû faire intervenir une personne de l’hôtel.
Notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas !!
On a demandé à changer de chambre !!
On a quand même payé cher pour des équipements qui n’étaient absolument pas à la hauteur du standing indiqué.

Cet hôtel est pour moi un 3 étoiles et pas plus.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est excellent, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant, avec une mention spéciale pour Mme Jamila au restaurant, qui a été particulièrement attentionnée et professionnelle.

J’ai également beaucoup apprécié la piscine ainsi que le cadre général de l’hôtel, qui est très agréable et propice à la détente.
