Ne vaut pas le prix ! plus jamais !

Le changement de serviettes tous les jours, le menage dans la chambre, le petit dejeuner, le club kids

Cons:

Piscines sales, tout est payant, pas de fer à repasser, oreillers pas du tout confortables. Le repas à 350 dirhams c'est juste abusé. Non seulement le prix est cher mais cela ne suffit pas, il faut encore payer même si on veut repasser une robe. Je regrette de ne pas avoir prit un airbnb plutôt. Je n'ai pas aimé les animations et les gens qui reservent leur place dans la piscine comme à la plage. Et le pire c'est que lorsqu'on est parti à la plage et que l'on voulait der serviettes, le monsieur des serviettes nous a donné des serviettes sales !

La vue sur mer, le lit, l’acceuil...

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre non-fumeur. Malheureusement, nous avons dû laisser la fenêtre ouverte pendant tout le séjour car une forte odeur de cigarette persistait.

​De plus, la propreté laissait à désirer : la salle de bain n'était pas très propre et aucun shampoing ni savon n'était mis à disposition le premier jour (nous avons dû en réclamer). Enfin, les toilettes communes manquaient également d'hygiène.

Difficultés à trouver un Transat autour de la piscine à cause des gens qui posent leurs serviettes pour la réservé, mais ne sont pas réellement présent.

Aparte del tema de la limpieza que era pésima. Nos pasó lo siguiente:Comimos en el restaurante 3 veces, la primera vez no nos dejaron pagar con tarjeta después de insistir, el que nos cobró lo hizo un poco a escondidas a la entrada del restaurante y no nos dio la factura, la 2° vez nos atendió otra persona y esta si, que no nos pudo ninguna pega para pagar con tarjeta. Ese tema me dejó un poco mosqueado.

Amazing
Pros:

Fantastic property and truly worth the value for money. The facilities were excellent and the location was perfect. The private beach was beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the games room was a great addition. The food was also very good throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Meriem at reception, who was lovely and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. Her hospitality made our experience even better. We will definitely come back and will happily recommend the hotel to others.

The only suggestion I would make to the hotel is regarding the carpets in the reception area, as they can be a health and safety hazard if not secured properly. Unfortunately, on our first day, my son tripped on one and hit his lips on the marble table, which required stitches. Aside from this incident, everything else was excellent.
