Amazing staff beautiful hotel would come back
Pros:

Food was pretty decent, and the location honestly was 10/10 as soon as you left you had taxis sitting any time of day to get you anywhere if you didn’t want to walk. I was bed and breakfast reasonably priced, the entertainment was also outstanding the team that runs its was really nice.

Cons:

Shower was half working which was making water poor onto floor I nearly slipped the first day so had to put a towel down before going in. I spoke to other guests and they didn’t have any issues so must of just been our room.

Great stay in May
Pros:

The personnel, the facilities. Great spa. Great entertainment in the evening. All day programme. Private beach. Pool towels and beach towels. Shower gel shampooing and liquide hand soap in bathroom. Kettle with tea, coffee etc. Mini fridge and always 3litres of water in the room which is complementary. Games room which has a play station with 3 large screens. The pool tables you have to pay though but only 1 euro (10drm). We had a beach front room which we paid extra for but we'll worth it for the view and sun sets. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Buffet breakfast lots of choice. My boys had lots of fun on the toboggans. Pools not heated. We came in May and it was windy so perhaps during the summer months it heats up.
The personnel super friendly and helpful.
We'd definitely come back.

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la vue sur la mer de notre chambre. Le mini club super pratique pour les enfants. Buffet variés

Cons:

Dommage que les piscines ne soient pas chauffées surtout pour les enfants l’eau était trop froide. Chambre un peu petite et des choses sont à refaire. Manque de fruits et desserts au buffet et surtout le nutella pour les pancakes au petit déjeuner.

Très bon séjour, je recommande, nous reviendrons.
Pros:

- La chambre vue sur mer.
- Le personnel à l’écoute.
- L’emplacement géographique.
- Les repas.
- La salle de sport.

Cons:

Axes améliorations, lorsqu’on vient en vacances c’est pour se reposer, je trouve que l’ambiance musicale du début de soirée jusqu’à 23h est bcp trop fort.
Et lors des repas, plutôt mettre une musique douce pour nous laisser manger dans le calme.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily recommend this property to others.
Pros:

I appreciated the cleanliness and tranquility of the accommodation, and the location was excellent, close to all services and important landmarks. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no bidet spray in the toilet.

facilities in the hotel, restaurants, TVs in the hotel bars areas were great, staff was also nice. The entertainment around the pools and in the evenings was nice as well.

Cons:

The food at the buffet was more or less the same every day. It could be improved a bit, especially the lunches and dinners. The breakfasts were OK.
The main issue was the rooms. We had to change rooms twice, and only the third room was good and comfortable. The previous rooms were either dirty or had a bad smell, and many things were broken.
Also, the guest relations lady did not seem very helpful. She kept giving us false hopes that everything would be fine and that we would get a clean and renovated room, but nothing really changed. Unless you go directly to the reception and push for a solution yourself, nothing gets done. This is the main reason why I am taking 2 points off the rating.
