Nice stay overall.
Pros:

Nice residence, with pool and beach nearby. Near bus stop for moving within Agadir.

Cons:

The area is mainly for tourist though, and as such more priced. The real Moroccan life is elsewhere in the city.

Un bel hôtel, malheureusement gâché par le bruit insupportable du personnel dans les couloirs.
Pros:

L'hôtel en lui-même est beau, propre et le cadre est très agréabl

Cons:

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel. Les employés se rassemblent et parlent à haute voix juste à côté des chambres. Cela empêche totalement de se reposer ou de dormir tranquillement. C'est un manque de respect envers les clients qui cherchent le calme.

Fantastic value for money, given the amazing location of the hotel.
Pros:

The location is fantastic! 10 minutes walk from the promenade next to the sea. Equally about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. You are not dependant on taxis. Hotel Tagadirt is close to important bus stops. The hotel itself is spacious and open. You can lounge by the generously sized swimming pool. The rooms are large enough. Above all, the price is amazing!

Cons:

It’s a little bit inconvenient that you can’t get WiFi in your room. You have to go to the reception to get WiFi. The reception is really large, plenty of seats and a bar. The shower you get with your room is basic but adequate. The rooms are generally rather dark, depending on whereabouts your windows face. There is no lift, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues like wheelchair users.

They gave a reasonable refund based on the length I stayed.

Cons:

It was absolutely appalling. I read the reviews properly after I booked it. This place is exactly how the reviews state it is.

There were melted chocolate bars under the bed crawling with flies. Hairs on all aspects of the room, especially the bed. The toilet didn't flush properly and kept draining (so I turned off the water for it), the furniture is COVERED in dust and grime. The bedding is atrocious, itchy, and uncomfortable.

I stayed one night and booked myself into a 4* just to make myself feel better - it almost ruined my holiday.

There was partying and noise until the early hours, which kept me awake.

On arrival, the staff gave me the key, but didn't show me the room or tell me where to go. When you see the place you'll understand why I am complaining - It is a maze.

It was a waste of time, money, and ruined my opinion of Agadir.

If you like to party, a cheap place to rest your head, then perhaps this could be for you.

Pros:

L’hôtel est dans un état d’hygiène très insatisfaisant. Tout est sale et mal entretenu. J’ai pris plusieurs photos pour illustrer la situation. Je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander cet établissement.

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas bon, il est sale, tout y est non propre. J’ai toutes les photos que j’ai prises de l’endroit. C’est un lieu que je ne recommande à aucune personne respectable, c’est une vraie poubelle, voire pire.
