Cons:

No good creamer for coffee, show with no door made showers feel cold. Wanted a king bed, got queens, I requested a shower chair. They brought a luggage rack -you know the kind you find folded up in the closets? I’m like that’s not a shower chair. They argued yes it is. I declined. Next day they brought me a tub chair. It had 1 side of legs. Meant to sit on a tub. I don’t have a tub……over all it just didn’t feel like a pro team. I stay at residence inn in Sacramento all the time and have a better experience there. I’ve canceled my second week reservation and moving to a holiday inn.

Cons:

Our toilet didn't work without us taking the cover off and jiggling the flush valve. Also the AC never cooled the room as much as we tried. But the room the beautiful, staff was amazing along with great breakfast and location.

Pros:

Breakfast options are lacking greatly. Embassy Suites puts this place to shame. Sofa sleeper mattress is terrible, the sofa cushions are terrible. Fridge had somone's old items; so, that tells me they never checked and/or cleaned it. Bathroom walls had obvious liquids spalshed on the wall paper and no attempt to clean. Check-in was odd, young lady presumed my visa card would not work with the incidental deposit refund after my stay. I had to assure her as I use the same card including Marriott and other fine hotels. Ran out of pool towels and no one checked and/or resupplied it on Sunday evening. Security isn't great, even cameras in the hallways have been tampered with and turned against the wall. Someone's SUV was broken into on Saturday night. Cameras aren't a deferent. Homeless/hoodlums lurk on backside with easy access via WinCo parking lot. From our room, we could see late night activity and even broad daylight too.

Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was also really nice. The only issue we had was with the sofa bed, which we needed for one of the kids. The mattress was old and flat and when you laid on it, you felt like you were laying directly on the metal frame.

Beware with the accessible room
Pros:

Service wasn't great, we had a disabled family member and the room didn't have a shower chair, we complained about it on day one and the lady gave us attitude. After 3 days of no shower chair we complained again and we finally received the shower chair. I feel like every accessible room should have a shower chair. And tub is really slippery my son slipped on the tub twice, the mattress bed is really squeaky and annoying. Breakfast can be better

I reserved a 2 1 bedroom double suits for my daughter's 16th birthday weekend 1 of the rooms had an odor in the kitchen area that was bad.we notified staff even had them come smell it the nigjt manager basically said that thier was nothing she could do.wich is insane I called and was told someone would reach back out to me via e mail nothing.and upon check out i inquired and they just said that they wrte aware so I ry and kind of.acted as if there wasnt a manager around at the time .I wouldn't advise a stay never had such an experience it looked ok on the surface i most definitely should have been accommodated in sone way.

Property was great. Located near highways and lots of shopping/restaurants. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was sizable and had separate bedroom. Full kitchen with fridge/freezer and onsite breakfast was great. Outdoor firepit and pool were fun in the evenings. And onsite laundry was helpful.
