Checking in was fine, the young lady that checked us in was very nice , her coworker was very rude and nasty, we realized our room was on the first floor and asked for a room change to a higher level, just because we like to open the blinds and didn’t want people walking pass seeing us, the coworker was very rude and purposely making us wait until she checked in every single customer walking through the door, even though we were there first.. I don’t know what her issue was with me and my boyfriend. We still remained calm and polite with please and thank you .. I will be contacting upper management.

The hotel and location was ok, limited transportation, so you either have to drive or use Uber or Lyft. I had an issue with my fridge for two days and had to throw all my fruits I bought, because they spoiled, which was very frustrated. I reached out to Marriott and front desk and was getting a lot of ran-a-round. They had no intention as a courtesy to even credit me for my lost. Marriott gave me a wrong email address for the hotel manager, and Expedia did not do much to help me either, I was just hearing "I am sorry for the inconvenience". I just call it a lost and decided I would not use Expedia service again. I worked hard and could not enjoy my vacation the way I wanted.

Good hotel overall. Quick and easy check in process. Friendly and professional staff. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was standard fare with a good variety of options. Location was great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a very quick drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
