Tres belle hotel
Pros:

L hotel est impeccable, décoration dans un style espagnol classique que j ai aimé, cela changé du contemporain. Joli patio et jardins avec canapés confortables. Belle chambre, la 214, avec joli vue sur des arbres et le Green. Belle salle de bains . Bon petit déjeuner tres complet, salé sucré, avec de bons pains ce qui n est pas toujours le cas en Espagne. Service agréable et efficace. 2 restaurants bien.

Mooi hotel op een goede locatie.

Cons:

De man aan de receptie probeerde ons herhaaldelijk extra kosten aan te rekenen, wat een zeer onaangename indruk gaf. De service was absoluut niet vriendelijk en we voelden ons allesbehalve welkom. Daarnaast waren de kussens van slechte kwaliteit, wat het comfort van ons verblijf verder verminderde. Al met al een zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Schönes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück, leider sehr hellhörige Zimmer!
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels mit dem gemütlichen Innenhof gefällt uns sehr! Das Frühstück ist sensationell, mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Nähe zu den Golfplätzen ist für uns auch ideal. Man muss kein Auto nehmen, um 18 Loch zu spielen. Für das Abendessen sind wir immer in Restaurants auswärts gefahren.

Cons:

Was leider gar nicht geht, ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Upgrade für ein Gartenzimmer erhalten, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Doch wenn im Zimmer nebenan die Leute geduscht oder die Kinder Lärm gemacht haben, so war es, als wäre es in unserem Zimmer gewesen. Als dann in einer Nacht im Zimmer über uns eine Prostituierte zu Besuch war, haben wir einige Stunden nicht schlafen können.

Gutes Hotel für Golfspieler mit ordentlichem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Tolle Lage des Hotels für Golfspieler. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Neue Padelplätze und ein schöner Pool. Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten Elektroautos zu laden.

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer könnte modernisiert werden. Die Zimmer sind recht klein.

Stunning surroundings and facilities but service and staff leading to 6/10

- Resort park and gardens, loads of green and space
- Beds really comfortable, rooms were comfortable and beautiful
- Beautiful hotel and easy access, close to the airport
- Everything very clean, also stylish

Cons:

- Lack of friendliness of staff, not client centric or approachable
- They decide if dinner is buffet or a la carte on a daily basis
- Buffet wasn’t amazing, food was cold. Especially for dinner, it was way too expensive for the range of choices offered. Plus, if you’re vegetarian, not worth it
- Choice of restaurants in the area is limited. Can really recommend La Finca
- Can be a little noisy with many guests and especially if the room has a connecting door (make sure to check in advance)

Ein sehr schönes Hotel z Entspannen-zumindest in der Nebensaison(mit noch nicht flüssigen Abläufen)
Pros:

Wir mögen die Gegend und finden die Atmosphäre des Hotels sehr angenehm. Aufgrund Nebensaison war es im Hotel auch noch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Die Inneneinrichtung der Aufenthaltsbereiche sehr schön gestaltet. Die Außenbereiche konnten aufgrund des Wetters noch nicht genutzt werden.
Parkplätze kostenfrei vorhanden - das ist toll.

Cons:

Die Matrazen der Betten könnten etwas härter sein. Als das Hotel voller wurde, merkte man, wie hellhörig das Hotel ist.
Die Musik im Restaurant/Barbereich ist teils viel zu laut.
Das Rezeptionspersonal war etwas uninformiert- Beispiel: Abendessen Informationen falsch (Buffet vs a la card), Postkarten Entgegennahme einmal kein Problem, dann wieder gar nicht möglich.
