Excellent staff, clean hotel.
Pros:

Raul was great he was de facto my travel guide 😅. Also the chief there big man I forgot his name he was my guide to Halal menu he was great. Also Christn was super. Excellent staff

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé au calme, la piscine extérieur est sympa avec les enfant et la salle de sport est complète.

Cons:

les chambres concomitante sont très mal isolée de plus celle-ci était ouverte et nois avons eu la mauvaise surprise de tomber sur une famille en train train de dormir. les lits au bord de la piscine sont a 100e! pour un 5 étoiles ce n'est pas admissible.

隔音实在是太差劲了，卫生打扫得一般 床单一次都没换过 打扫阿姨每天也只是吸尘器吸一下地 污渍一直都在地板上

Service was lacking — no one guided me to my room, and I had to locate the gym and spa / gym on my own. The dining experience was equally disappointing. Breakfast offers no à la carte options, and key requests like fresh mint tea or specific egg dishes were unavailable. Dinner / breakfast rely entirely on a buffet format, which made navigating a severe garlic allergy extremely difficult due to the lack of clear labeling or tailored alternatives.
