Pros:

Хороший, большой номер, удобная кровать. Хорошая ванная комната. Завтра средний, но голодным не останетесь. Местоположение неплохое - рядом большие тц, есть где покушать. До старого города минут 15 на такси, метро рядом.

Cons:

Заблокировали депозит 500 юаней, до сих не разблокировали.
Оочень холодно в холле и на завтраке.

Cons:

床太软，厚厚的“舒适垫”没有根据气温做调整，空调不能调节只是通风，热的没法睡觉，再加上床又软，订了三晚，第二天就退房了。

Super locatie dicht bij een metrostarion en het mooie JinJi lake
Pros:

De lokatie was voor ons perfect, dicht gelegen bij de metro en voldoende taxis beschikbaar via DiDi. Ontbijt had voldoende keuzes met vers bereiding van noodle en dumplings soepen en diverse eieren

Cons:

Het bed lag slecht de matras hing erg door. Na aangeven hebben ze dit verbeterd maar had uiteindelijk nog beter gemogen

Still the best choice in Suzhou
Pros:

Last time here might over 5 years ago!Sale rep Wilson gave me great advice before my trip, feel very warm. They do the best to provide my preferred room as usual.
Execute lounge staff service is excellent, they are proactive to solve my requests. Especially thanks for Yuki and Cindy. They are professional and friendly.
